Sono ospite della struttura di Vision Apartment di Rue Caroline 23 a Losanna. Ritengo opportuno segnalare alcuni problemi che ho riscontrato nel mio appartamento e che meriterebbero maggiore attenzione. BAGNO - Non esiste aerazione naturale e quella forzata non è funzionante - La cassetta del water, dopo l'utilizzo, si riempie goccia a goccia, e quindi impiega almeno 15/20 minuti per riempirsi e poter essere nuovamente operativa - La manopola del gruppo vasca/doccia è di difficile manovrabilità CAMERA Alcune pareti sono sporche Terrazzino sporco AVVISI - Nessuno ci ha avvisati che per entrare dalla porta principale dell'edificio bisogna digitare lo stesso codice fornitoci via mail per entrare nella camera - Nessun avviso circa la pulizia della camera e il cambio di biancheria e asciugamani Giuseppe

Vu le personnel le jour de l arrivée. Pendant les 3 jours, on a vu aucun personnel pour la communication. pour le confort : pas de climatisation un ventilateur qui fonctionne à peine. La propreté laisse à désirée. Vraiment pour une première expérience déçue.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE WORST, THE WORST, THE WORST Check-in date: the 4th of Dec, 2024 I checked in around midnight of my check-in date, and once I checked in, I immediately regretted my decision. The room lacked management; it was nothing similar to the photos that were shown on the website (PHOTOSHOP EVERYTHING). The room was super dirty, every corner of the room was dirty and rotten, you could see spiders on the ceiling, more than half of the lights were broken, the countertop was stained, and even the microwave was dirty!!!!!!! The room was so disgusting that I started to search online comments and found out that this company has a super bad reputation, not only because of the disgusting rooms but also their reluctant attitude to take responsibility!!! Many of the comments stated the bad customer service. The poor condition of the room left me no choice but to find another hotel immediately! (So I have to pay extra for the walk-in price). On the 6th of Dec, I called customer service for a refund, and they asked me to file the refund through email and quote, “the customer service manager will take care of my case,” and they asked me to provide all the photos of the room, which I did on the 12th of Dec. And I have never heard back from them ever since. Til now it has been almost a month, and I haven’t heard back from Visionapartments. it is clear that Visionapartments doesn’t want to deal with a refund.

Leider hätte ich den anderen Bewertungen glauben sollen. Wohnung bei -1 nur über Außentreppe erreichbar. KEINE Beleuchtung am Abend/Nacht. Bei meiner Ankunft fand ich eine offene Dose Thunfisch im Kühlschrank und jede Menge dunkle Haare sowohl auf dem Bett als auch auf dem Boden (vor allem im Bad, aber auch im Rest der Wohnung) und die Kappe eines Augen-Concealers. Im Allgemeinen ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr schlecht. Es gibt 4 Lampen über dem Bett, 3 funktionierten nicht und die letzte ging am ersten Abend kaputt. Ich meldete das Problem am Morgen und mir wurde versprochen, dass sie überprüft/eingestellt werden.... Ich bin nach 4 weiteren Nächten abgereist und die Lichter waren immer noch kaputt. Sehr schlechte Schallisolierung

The apartment I was assigned was located at the back of the building, accessible only by a narrow staircase. This presented a challenge for me, and I contacted the property, but I received no response. Despite the difficulty, I managed to cope, but I can’t afford to find myself in a similar situation again. Inside, the apartment was acceptable, though the bathroom was very small and lacked proper ventilation. Given these issues, I doubt I will choose to stay there again in the future.
