Poor yo average
Although desk staff, (2 of 3) were friendly
I found Cell service horrible and have never had trouble with my Cell carrier before at Hampton locations I’ve stayed at. Also even thou told mattress was new it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok and Breakfast lady very nice

Construction mess
Hotel and our room undergoing significant renovation of which we were not made aware of until checking in when I saw signs. When we arrived in our room saw construction tape in the tub and warning tape on the shower rod. The tub had fresh patches which would have prevented a bath
Water pressure was poor and toilet was wobbly. Couldn’t unpack or do anything in room for about 45 minutes waiting for all clear to be able to use the room. Room was large but sparsely furnished. Part of the construction also meant no dining room so were given a grab and go which consisted of bottle of water, apple, bagel with peanut butter spread - apple was bad. - totally unacceptable. Possibly would have the used the gym but it was closed. The pool being closed didn’t matter to us. With all this said we paid about $217 with nothing on the site about extensive hotel construction and never offered any kind of compensation or apology. We do appreciate your hotel brand updating but not at the expense of your customers.

Two nights in Laurel in wonderful King Suite. Roomy, comfortable, clean. Staff were responsive to needs. Nice choice of breakfast foods. Just be aware that there is only one taxi in town if you need a ride. Get that number from front desk.

The property was very clean with nice landscaping. The entry way and breakfast area were very clean. Every staff member we encountered at check-in/out & breakfast were extremely friendly and customer focused. The rooms were awesome! Everything recently remodeled, clean, organized with great water pressure! I absolutely recommend this hotel for a Laurel stay. I have no dislikes to note!!

The house keeping knocked on the door the day of check out at 8am to clean and we told them no thank you and we were still here. They then walked in at 945, and we had to stop them from coming into the room while we were still there. Totally Unprofessional and not safe.

Great hotel! Great customer service.
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The front desk lady even offered a roll away bed for my son.
The breakfast had lots of choices and the lady working it was so sweet. We will definitely stay there again.
