Room infrastructure is good but zero service! last night i reached the hotel @ 1. 40am, there was no security, only 1 guy in the reception. He handed me the key & i had to look for the room on the 2nd floor. Already ordered dinner which was kept in normal plastic containers & not in an insulated container. Moreover, till 5. 30am, i couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes & when i asked for mosquito repellent, simply said it was not available at this hour. Dirty pillow cover, no windows & instead there's 1 very small balcony with pigeon poops in the floor!

Experience was excellent as they are very friendly and supportive. Surrounding feels safe and breakfast/meal options are variable. Overall it's outranks the best stays in latur.

The blanket had stains, felt very secluded, and the amenities were too normal, didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. It was 2 stars at max
