Really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

They do just enough to get you in the door then you are nothing more than a piece of currency who stays in a room. They did not clean one of the rooms one of the days and left all the trash. On 2 separate occasions our keys for both both rooms needed to be exchanged for new ones and both times the new keys didn't work, oddly enough the same lady made the keys. Also if the batteries die on the door locks, you are pretty much locked in or out of your room. Here's the big one for me.... We came back one day to our door being left open and were told the manager would look at the video to see what may or may not have have happened. Not a fan of my families items being unsecured the entire day especially in Vegas. We were ignored and just given excuses like the manager isn't here, he is off, and no one has looked at the footage yet. Sorry but if security isn't a hotels top priority for it's guests then they shouldn't be operating Period. Oh and for everyone who reads this, THEY HAVE COMPLIMENTARY WATER BOTTLES at the front desk!! Just ask. They don't advertise it anywhere and are not on the counter. I guess it is easier to not say anything and hide them for that extra money. If you like to feel and be secure, enjoy clean rooms, not have to deal with the hassle of getting new keys all the time, and sleep on a comfortable mattress then let me tell you that this is not the place for you and your family. Safe to assume we will never stay at this hotel again.

Nos encantó la limpieza del hotel los desayunos muy deliciosos y completos disfrutamos nuestra estancia muy cómodo los cuartos los baños muy limpios y todo el personal amable se los recomiendo para disfrutar con tu familia volveremos de seguro ☺️👍

Nice stay Shower needs to be upgraded. Can be slippery and dangerous. Hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was great.

Pool was drained. Elevator was broken . Staff were inconsiderate
