維達拉噴氣奢華飯店(Jet Luxury at the Vdara)

It was an alright place don’t think it was worth the money I paid. The water temperature in the shower wasn’t working for hot water, we called to see if they can come fix it, said they would come and they never did, we then called again and they said they don’t know when they’ll be able to come because they where busy with a leak and they did not end up coming but eventually we where able to get hot water.

L’hôtel est situé à proximité du ***** de Las Vegas. L’accueil est convenable. La chambre propre assez spacieuse. L’établissement ne dispose pas de son propre ****** mais ce n’est pas grave. J’ai été déçu par le manque de réactivité du personnel. J’ai séjourné avec ma famille. Nous sommes 4. Il y a un lit et un canapé lit. Mais pas de linge de maison pour le canapé lit. Il a fallut demander à la réception de nous faire livrer le nécessaire car le service « housekeeping » ne répondait à aucun de mes appels. J’ai été livré une heure après ma demande (il était 2 heures du matin à ce moment là)… Ensuite la chambre dispose d’une cuisine mais il n’y a aucun ustensile, ni vaisselle, ni bouilloire, ni cafetière. Il y a un panneau indiquant que nous devons solliciter le service « housekeeping ». C’est assez dommage de tout demander alors que dans les autres hôtels, tout est fourni d’avance. Ma question est de savoir pourquoi équiper les chambres d’une cuisine s’il n’y a rien à disposition ?

A pesar que no está en el *****, está céntrica y muy bien ubicada. Tiene conexión directa con Bellagio. Lo que no nos gustó fue el sofá incómodo para dormir y que el servicio de limpieza no está incluido cobran 60 USD adicionales

Due to MGM being hacked their entire computer system was down forcing the front desk to check in people with pen and paper. Because of this we waited about three hours to get checked in however the staff were very understanding and was handling out free alcohol to those in line. Pretty much anything that used a computer was not working such as the elevators which were being manually operated.

The mattress was completely worn out, lumpy, and sagging like a hammock. This room was privately owned so I probably can't blame the staff and hotel for that. The staff and service are excellent. The bathroom was excellent. We just got unlucky enough to end up in a room with a mattress way past it's prime. The couch may have also been similarly worn out. I'm a normal size male 5'10" 185 lbs.

4e visite au Vdara, bel hotel bien situé mais avec Jet Luxury, chambre avec propreté moyenne, des restants dans le frigo et decoration du party precedent toujours dans la chambre. En plus aucun service à la chambre.

It took 45 minutes from the parking garage for us to even reach the Vdara check in counter. There is construction and multiple detours. City Center is busy, under construction, and confusing. I tried to check in at 4 p.m. I was told that the room wasn’t ready. The temperature outside was over 100 degrees and I had already been at the hotel for 2 hours. At 430 I tried again and was given a key. When I got to my room it smelled like smoke!

The property owner does not take care of this unit very well. I’ve stayed at the Vdara before and it was a night and day experience. No room service , not clean upon arrival ( there was food in the fridge that barely worked ). The
