Fomos enviados ao acaso para este hotel por motivos de o outro que escolhemos ter um problema com uma conduta agua. Nada a apontar sobre este hotel tudo estava completamente bem organizado e com uma excelente qualidade e simpatia. Só tenho a dizer duas coisas que não me agradaram muito,foi o facto de ter ficado um pouco mais longe da cidade de Madrid e ter que apanhar transporte,e a segunda foi não terem dado a opção de ficarmos com uma cama de casal...

Viajamos con 40 alumnos de 12 años y el trato de todo el personal ha sido excelente. Las habitaciones y baños son amplias y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy variado y las cenas estupendas. Muy bien ubicado. Felicitamos a todo el personal de recepción, restaurante y limpieza. Repetiremos la experiencia !!!

Hemos recibido un trato excepcional por parte de todo el personal del hotel, especialmente de la Directora, Jessica, gran profesional y persona muy afable que nos ha informado en todo momento y nos hizo la estancia muy agradable. Las habitaciones son muy silenciosas. Sin duda volveremos.

The hotel is well located for my business. The public rooms and restaurant are good, clean and presentable. The breakfast buffet is really good and plentiful. The rooms are nice and clean and totally adequate. Unfortunately the air conditioning is truly deficient. If you travel to Spain in the Summer, beware that the air conditioning in the rooms in this hotel seems to be pre programmed not to go below 25 degrees Celsius. This is a balmy 77 degrees Fahrenheit direcltly in the path of the weak air current. I had to move the bed to place it directly under the current, I slept on top of the sheets and, to put it delicately, not wearing anything! Still not enough. Woke ip up a couple of times throughout the night, and even took a cold shower to cool down. I almost asked for permission to sleep in the lobby which had a perfect 70 degrees Fahrenheit setting. I reported the issue a few times to no avail. I guess I will not stay here if I return in the Summer. I have stayed here before a number of times but all stays were in the Autumn. Live and learn!
