Stayed here for 8days. Room: Clean and organized but lacking of water heater and TV remote (you have to request it) Location: Close to SM southmall. There's CCF church as well fronting SM. Few minutes from Asian Hospital Staff: Lovely staff, Helpful and Polite Price: Affordable

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—very convenient and close to everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, the Wi-Fi in our room was quite slow, which made it difficult to get some work done and stay connected. If this could be improved, the experience would be close to perfect. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you prioritize location and comfort, but I hope the internet connection gets upgraded soon

Ok naman ang rooms para sa rate buffet breakfast is ok egg,hotdog,corned beef,rice,coffee. Very bad service from receptionist and room service below 0% it will takes almost an hour to get your order if you will call the receptionist sasabihin na busy pa sila (nye!) or they will tell lies that's your order is coming yun pala inoorder palang sa kitchen. One more thing I booked 3 rooms then my mistake that I forget yung room ng isa ko guest then I ask the receptionist kung ano nga yung rooms unders my name and her response is tawagan niyo nalang kasi May ina assist po ako iba guest sad sayang yung place very poor receptionist knowledge in handling guest

Not the best not the worst. The ac was so loud. The amenities were okay but for the price of the hotel they need to do better. The staff are friendly. The key card sometimes doesn’t work. The lobby is full of roaches

Overall the place is strategic and accessible but needs improvement / overhaul. While some staff are friendly but basically needs more training. And please improve food quality

good for wfh girlie like me lalo na kung nawalan kayo bigla ng electricity good back up sila, malinis an ghotel, mabango at masarap ang food. Favorite ko yung Solo meals nila lalo yung Palabok with chicken, kahit paulit ulit gindi nakakasawa hahahahahaha

Nice Place

We had a great stay in this hotel and we always booked in eurotel whenever we need to relax bcoz their location is accessible to mall and other establishment. Staffs are very courteous and helpful in whatever request i asked...Its our 5th times i guess staying in this hotel and i always choose to stay there whenever i want to relax. Room is spacious and clean, toilet is clean too and sink. Beddings and pillows smells good. 👍👍👍
