We have a pool 5 steps from the entrance of the apartment, and other activities within the subdivision such as a soccer field, playground, exclusive area for pets, walking track and exercise park. For long stays we have a laundry center which is available for reservations longer than one week. In long periods (reservations longer than 30 days) the electricity is the responsibility of the guest. It is worth mentioning that the air conditioners are inverted technology. Our apartment offers a complete living experience with exceptional amenities and exciting activities in the subdivision. It is important to note that for reservations of more than 30 days, the cost of electricity will be borne by the guest.
