This was our second trip to Santiago and to this hotel, we really enjoyed our first trip so decided to stay again. Wasn’t as good as the first stay but the hotel is nice and clean. It has good spaces with a living wall, restaurant and bar area with outside seating. Clean rooms, breakfast was not very inspiring mainly continental with limited hot food offerings. Now for the negatives Diamond member and we didn’t receive a room upgrade which was disappointing as the hotel wasn’t busy and my family who are gold were giving an upgrade we checked in at the same time (us first). Terrible room keys had to have them changed 3 times as they stopped working and reception staff didn’t seem too concerned about the inconvenience. On checkout I asked to pay with part cash I was told that this couldn’t be done due to taxes, which I’ve never experienced in the past at any Hilton, Felt that Daniel was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to really want let me pay with any cash as it wasn’t convenient for him. Shower temperature is impossible to get right either too hot or too cold.
