Worst experience with a hotel we have ever had. The manager ‘Vicky’ was a 70 year old woman with no teeth and multiple hickeys on her neck, dressed completely unprofessionally for any employee yet alone a manager. The other worker was incredibly confrontational after my friend said we needed a different room (which I’ve worked hotels for years and it’s not that hard to change small things whether booking 3rd party or not, to accommodate your guests). They were incredibly confrontational and rude, the employee said ‘or what’ to my friend after she was trying to say we needed a room or-( and was cut off) or we have to sleep in the car with 4 adults and a child. It was not a threat, but the employee made it a whole situation and was incredibly aggressive. After we had to book two rooms because my cousin didn’t have her ID, which we found, came back and then they did absolutely nothing for us. We were at the lake all day with a 5 year old and didn’t wanna drive home. They told us initially that they couldn’t cancel or refund my cousins room, then after the employees were completely out of line towards us- they all of a sudden could and would cancel my reservation. However we are out the money we paid(for two rooms) and now had to find another hotel. Which is a blessing because what a poorly ran hotel. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable and ghetto. Do NOT give these people your money. Went to the hotel next door, the staff was incredibly more professional, the pool, staff and entire process was so much more worth it for a small amount of money more.

The rooms are dirty A/C are broken and worn down the walls and floors are stained the wallpaper they used is peeling off, plumbing in the bathroom do not work and some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with, please save you money and do not stay here it is not worth your hard earn money!!!

The room was tiny and dirty. Only one mirror for two people to try and get ready at the same time. T.V. Was little.

I am very upset about how they still have a deposit on hold when I didn't even end up staying at the property. I had to book a different hotel and it's just redeculace how long it's taken to release my deposit.

The hotel was nothing like the advertisement. The elevator did not work and the attendant wasn’t very empathetic. He falsely stated that there weren’t available rooms with double beds on the first floor and after checking in I witnessed him showing a room to a guest on the first floor with double beds coming after us. Staff continued to say they didn’t understand English. Rooms were not attended to had to go to desk for cleaning towels. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was fine.

Check-in was simply...weird. Everyone in our group over 18 (me, my husband, and daughter) had to present a photo id and all were photocopied. We had to sign a form saying that we wouldn't come in and out of the hotel after 10 pm, that we wouldn't use the side or back exits unless there was an emergency, that "all private parts of your body must be covered outside of your room", and the front desk employee walked us to our room. Clearly they have had some issues at this property. If it hadn't been 11:30 pm and we desperately needed to get some sleep, we might have left. Once in the room, there were multiple stains on the carpet, a large clump of hair in the shower, and the sink and mirror above it were cracked and damaged, and the pocket door to the bathroom was seriously in need of paint.

The place was better than I expected. My room was clean and the air-conditioning worked like a charm. There were no amenities and the breakfast was better than nothing but for the cost of the room, I was ok. The staff was fine. My only complaint would be the price hike that was done due to the attractions that were in town during my stay but this is a standard practice among hotels.
