Excelente hotel, muy comodo y limpio, con amable personal

很友好，位置也很好，靠近機場，但價格有點貴。

Bien en general, solo agregaría que pongan una botella de agua en las habitaciones para poder hacer el café de la mañana en el cuarto, tienen la cafetera y el café pero no ponen agua,

Hotel Stay Review: Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet expectations. Upon check-in, we were given the keys to our suite right at the designated check-in time. However, when we arrived at the suite, the housekeeping staff had just begun cleaning the room, leaving it unavailable for us to settle in. After returning to the front desk, we were reassigned to a regular room instead of the suite we had originally booked. The experience in the new room was equally disappointing. We found beard hair in the sink, suggesting the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, there were loud noises throughout the night, which further disrupted our rest. The bathroom floors were also dangerously slippery, creating a safety hazard. Overall, the combination of these issues made our stay far from enjoyable. Improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and overall management are necessary for this hotel to provide the quality experience guests expect.

El desayuno tiene un toque mexicano, hacen salsa y la forma de hacer el huevo es súper rico!
