Lets start off with the positives. Good location and value for money. Staff at the hotel were all friendly and could not do enough for you. A few things that need some attention: No air conditioning, hotel in general could do with a refresh. Breakfast room is way to small for the size of the hotel Family rooms are really small Due to no air conditioning we had to leave the window open overnight. This meant that you got the noise from the deliveries being made at 5:30am right underneath our window. All in I would probably return however this is more down to the convenient location rather than the hotel itself

Very dirty room from dust on headboard, bedside cabinets legs dusty, TV top, dusty, TV cable dirty groove along the dressing table dirty the spare bed was filthy, thankfully I didn't need to use it dust in the extractor fan, blowing god only knows into the room. 1

The receptionist on duty at around 3pm on the 11th May ( Saturday) must have missed out on the customer care training , I've never met such a Rude and abrasive person ... As for the rooms basic does not do them justice , a double room with one chair and when we asked for an additional towel it was given grudgingly. Then we get to breakfast £12 for the worst breakfast ever , I ended up with cereal. Certainly would never recommend or use that facility again

Always love Premier Inns. I know I can expect quality and well fitted out, clean and modern rooms. Falkirk no exception. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast restaurant in the middle of the hotel, which was unusual, but same great buffet breakfast.

I’m on a journey to a family gathering and wedding of my Canadian Cousin and her Scottish boy and I’m in from Colorado. So having the Big Scottish Breakfast served by Fiona and Krys was the absolute perfect way to send me on my way for another wonderful day of adventures in Scotland!

Stayed here for one night. Overall it was ok, nothing terrible but nothing memorable either. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable as you would expect from Premier Inn. It is definitely showing its age with broken lamp switches in the room and the outside isn't very appealing. Check in was straight forward and the staff polite but not particular engaging. We had booked breakfast but were not informed about the set up. I asked about breakfast and was told it was not in the pub next door but it was down a corridor. Good job I asked! Breakfast is served in a very small room, which cannot seat many people. Not as good a choice as the usual Premier Inn. The two staff did their best to clear tables and refill the food. This room is inadequate for the amount of rooms the hotel has. The tv reception is not great and the wifi kept dropping out. No aircon at this hotel but they provide a fan, which really doesnt cut it when the weather is really hot. Lots of parking though and the pub next door is well worth a visit.
