拉斯里拉斯公寓飯店(Apartamentos las Lilas)

Séjour court mais néanmoins parfait. Une très bonne communication pour le check in. Un lieu très calme et proche de la plage. J'ai vu certaines personnes se plaindre de la propreté. Je n'ai rien à dire à ce niveau. Certes la vaisselle n'était pas nette mais je mettrais ça sur le compte des locataires qui manquent d'hygiène. Les femmes de chambre ne peuvent pas non plus renettoyer toute la vaisselle entre chaque locataires. Ce n'est que mon avis. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir la chambre 612. Une localisation parfaite 🥰. Je garde cette adresse bien au chaud pour le jour où je reviendrai.

Pasamos 4 noches en este apartamento. Se nos asigno uno en la planta baja. La primera impresión no fue mala, es decir, el apartamento era amplio y tenía lo básico, excepto aire acondicionado. Conforme íbamos pasando más tiempo en el apartamento nos íbamos dando cuenta de que la limpieza no era lo que predominaba en el alojamiento, ya que en todas las esquinas había telarañas, arañas y otra serie de insectos. No entraron todos los días a limpiar, y cuando entraban sólo hacían las camas. No barrían el suelo, con lo que la suciedad se iba acumulando. Aplastamos varias cucarachas pequeñas en el suelo, y ahí se quedaron hasta el día de la salida. Nos quedamos un día sin toallas, llamamos a recepción y nos dijeron que ese día no había servicio de limpieza ya que era el día libre de la persona que se encargaba de ello.

Hemos estado muy agusto en Las Lilas. Nuria y el resto del equipo nos han atendido espectacularmente bien y han sido muy amables. Los apartamentos son muy cómodos, y tienen una excelente ubicación cerca del paseo maritimo. La terraza de los apartamentos es muy amplia e íntima para tomar el sol y desayunar. Todo estaba muy limpio y tienen todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia facil y agradable!

A small, popular, well-placed quirky complex representing excellent value, with loyal following. Nuria and her hard-working staff do their level best to accommodate guest needs with grace and humour. My apartment was ideal, if somewhat dated. Everything worked, comfy bed and hot shower. Extra dishes and cutlery upon request. Spar just across the road (watch your receipts!). Everything easily accessible owing to central location just off The ***** - busses, taxis, shops, restaurants etc. However, on the whole, a tranquil little oasis... Pool well looked after, but not all clients shower pre-use as requested, and consequently, sometimes a 'film' of sun-cream/oil on pool surface before pump switched on. Also beware the regular, sun-lounge 'baggers' - who then disappear for hours on end! Luggage storage and 'day room' shower provided. No A/c but ceiling fan in room. Fridge, microwave, two-ring stove, kettle and toaster provided. Also loo roll and toiletries. AND British TV channels! A friendly place with lots of repeat business, including me - speaks for itself... Best of all, NO KIDS!

On arrival the room wasnt very clean and there was dirty plates and cups in the cupboard and although the maid came in most days it was never really cleaned. There seemed to be a lot of long stay old aged brits staying there and they treated the place like it was for their sole use . the only good thing here was the location but i wouldnt go back.

We stayed here in December on a budget trip so we’re not expecting much but our expectations were totally exceeded. The location is perfect, located just off the ***** on a quiet road, across from the supermarket. Everything is within walking distance and there was never any noise from street level. Reception is part time and we called the number on the door and we’re given clear instructions on access to our room and checked in the following morning. The rooms while basic had everything we needed, they were clean and cleaner called every day. The lounge area is small however it is is a very small complex, there were sun loungers and a small pool. The grounds were very nice and it was a lovely area to sit out on. Would defiantly return, fantastic value for money.

Helpful and friendly staff, cleaned regularly and good value for money. A good base for the week meaning I could come and go to the beach easily and regularly came back to a cleaned apartment and fresh towels. Excellent food choices within a few hundred metres of the apartments but also toaster, kettle, 2 hobs, fridge lland microwave if you prefer to cook yourself. Spar shop just over the road I was working remotely and WiFi was good enough for this when needed. English TV channels available if wanted.

AVOID ROOMS 623 AND 622!! Either of these rooms will ruin your holiday! Before I arrived, I emailed Las Lilas for a room on the top floor, but not room 623 - which had been reviewed previously. I was advised that this could not be guaranteed. Fair enough, but I was allocated Room 622 on Tuesday, which was on the ground floor, below 623, and it is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in! The 'view' from my window was so depressing - please see photo. But it gets worse - it got about an hour of sun at the most on about a third of the patio! When having my morning coffee, I saw no one and could see nothing apart from a white wall. It felt like I was in prison! This apartment ruined the first 4 nights of my stay. I went to reception on Wednesday to ask to be moved, and it was closed. I asked on Thursday, but it was a no due to the departures and arrivals. These adult only apartments, on a small complex of 24, were clean but basic. Beware of Rooms 632 and 633. If you avoid these rooms, you will have a great stay, and I would have given these 4 stars because the location is great, plus it is quiet during the day and night. When I left, I told Zuzana on reception that Room 622 was horrendous and it ruined my stay. She told me people actually request this room because it's private. I like my privacy, but this felt like solitary confinement! I said I would stay here again, but only if I could guarantee a room on the top floor. Zuzana said this wasn't possible, even after she told me people request Room 622!

after reading the reviews we went ahead and booked 10 days here what a mistake.When we arrived checking in was easy and the location seemed fine and on entering our 1 bedroom apartment (which we paid extra for)it seemed dated but was in the corner with a limited view of the pool and a store cupboard on the terrace which we later found out was to store cases for late checkouts !!! there was a couple of small issues that were put right but then as time went on more and more came to light mainly centering around cleanliness and broken items.we came to the conclusion that this room was an after thought to generate more income.The headboard of the bed was coming away from the wall the wardrobes were broken the rusty safe had been painted to make it look better the kitchen area was ok with a rusty fridge that did work but then we found the dust which we think had been there for about 6 months the sofas hadn't been hoovered as we found when lifting a cushion there was a floor lamp with a rusty base and no bulb another lamp with a dirty shade it goes on so no wonder we both ended up with coughs and not wanting to go back to the room if at all possible.The only saving grace was the taverna opposite called la cana which was excellent.We have contacted las lilas several times but have had no response should you stay here avoid room 623
