Wonderful Overnight Stay
My husband, granddaughter, her cousin and I checked in for one night to celebrate my granddaughter’s 11th birthday. It fell on their school’s spring break, so a weeknight for the girls to swim, enjoy the fitness room and eat dinner in the hotel’s “The Placery” was perfect. Our 1st floor room was spacious and with a noon checkout, we had plenty of time to pack and relax the next morning after the free, delicious breakfast. Will stay here again!

My check in was great, staff super friendly and very helpful! The pool area wasnt kept up especially for how many guest where there. Towels where not kept up at all.
Breakfast potatoes were very salty n the french toast sticks hard as rocks. As well if you serve breakfast until 10am guess shouldn't be turned away before then.

What I didn’t like was a sign pasted on the entrance door stating parking cost was $10 a night regardless if you parked in front of the building or across the street in the public parking lot. I won’t be going back for that reason.

First Time at Hyatt
This was our first time staying at this hotel. It was clean, and our room was spacious with a nice view.
Unfortunately the pool (which was the main reason we chose to stay here) was freezing. An employee did apologize for the low temps, which we appreciate...However we were already checking out by then.
The first night of our stay, we got in late and attempted to order food, and were disappointed the kitchen had closed over an hour earlier than advertised.
Overall, the room was nice...but due to the pool and dining we were disappointed.

Unfortunate incident
Had a terrible stay…the first room I was in had no working heat. I was promptly moved to another room but, I was put next to a group of teens and in the middle of the night a huge fight broke out all up and down the hall. Although this isn’t the fault of the property it was handled terribly. We (myself and other guest) were told that our night would be comped (due to the ruckus that lasted well over an hour with police being called…etc) at checkout, it wasn’t. The morning clerk acted as if she didn’t know anything went on the night before

Newer hotel. In excellent location. Movie theatre, restraints and shopping options all within walking distance. Paid a fee for parking. Breakfast options could use an upgrade. Overall very clean and comfortable spot. Would stay again.

Great location. My bed wasn't that comfortable, but the room was very clean. I wish there was a microwave in the room. A shame they charge to park.
