沃爾布獅子餐廳飯店(Gasthof Lowen Worb Bei Bern)

Das Essen (ein Curry-Gericht) war ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und alles, inkl. Dessert, sehr preiswert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Restaurant gehen, wenn ich in Worb bin, oder sogar extra dorthin reisen. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es wurde mir sogar noch ein Spezial-Menuwunsch erfüllt.

Nach 12 Jahren besuchte ich wiedereinnahm den Gasthof Löwen in Worb und wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr gutes Essen, nette Bedienung und fairer Preis. Das Lokal war sehr gut besucht und das Personal gab sich ausserordentlich Mühe.

Hotel is nog in authentieke staat. Mooie aparte sfeer.

This hotel is a small gem. A little confusing at first, as the “reception desk” consists of a broom closet in the hallway outside the in-house Casa Nostra restaurant, and we walked right past it wondering “But, where’s the hotel though ?!?”. Once that was ironed out with the help of the friendly and multilingual staff, we made our way through lovely old hallways festooned floor to ceiling with local historic portraits and antique daily-use objects and found our rooms to be snug and comfortable. Our dinner was delightful, and the staff were again helpful and friendly. TL;DR: Great place, well worth a return visit !

While the hotel was located at a busy intersection, our rooms were very quiet. The building was experiencing renovations while we were there. There was a very large variety of good food items The owner was very helpful and attentive and willing to interact with his guests.

Traditional Swiss hotel inside and out. Host were great and helpful and the service very professional. However the rooms and en-suites could do with up grading as they are getting a little tied. My bed creaked ever time I moved in it which did not help my sleep. Large wide screen TV was great but the channels available were limited if you didn’t speak English, and those channels that were available had poor reception. Eating outside in the garden was nice especially with the great weather we had. The menu selection was vast with various different international cuisines available at reasonable prices. Breakfast was simple but ample for me. In summary good hotel but some upgrading needed to bring it up to Swiss standards.

Very cozy and comfortable traditional swiss gasthof. Super clean and staff super friendly. Food is superb.

A lovely old Swiss house. Ambiente was old and simple but charming. What I didn’t liked is I couldn’t stay longer. Maybe next time.

Large hotel room, but very noisy and, unfortunately, no fridge. Close to public transport.
