Children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, table tennis, playroom, shopping facilities, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Communal covered parking. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Oberlangkampfen Volksschule" 1 km, railway station "Kirchbichl in Tirol Bahnhof" 3.2 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 71 km, Festung Kufstein 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skiwelt Söll 20 km, Ski Juwel Wildschönau 13 km. "Das Panoramal", 3-room apartment 76 m2 on 1st floor. Very luxurious and tasteful furnishings: 2 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, cable TV (flat screen). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace.
