We hebben in Maryhill gelogeerd en onze onze ervaring is excellent goed. Prachtige locatie en voorzieningen. We hebben enorm genoten van de wandelingen op het landgoed naar de zee bijvoorbeeld waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen en op een leuke kleinschalige manier kan lunchen/dineren waar we heerlijke garnalen gegeten hebben. Ook de restaurants op het domein zijn van zeer hoge kwaliteit met adembenemende uitzichten. De zwembaden super goed verwarmd. Je kan zowel in een van de vele verwarmde zwembaden zwemmen, maar dus ook heerlijk in de zee. De kamers eveneens van hoog niveau. Vele faciliteiten en super leuke zaken aanwezig om heerlijk op het domein te blijven. Onze dochter vond het fantastisch, lekker poolen, darten, tennis, padel…..te veel om oo te noemen.

The place is beatiful and has so much potential. If you go to party, or bring loud kids anyway, you probably enjoy to the max. Unfortunately, if you go to relax, you cannot get away from the music which they claim contributes to their 'vibrant' style. Although, I would argue that no place should play music in the hallway (to corridor only leading to hotel rooms) so loud that you can sing along when sitting on the bed. Reception kindly helped reduce it a bit, but next day it was full on again. Apparantely music slowly reduce volume from 22 to 03, but do we really need random music in the hallway at 02.00?? On another note, the breakfast is very nice and the outdoor area is great, you can walk straight onto the Skåneled along the coast, which is really nice!

Brand new place so all the decor is nice and modern. Staff is helpful and polite. It's crowded and not large enough to handle this volume of people. Very loud music all over the place including the corridors so you can't even get some quiet time in your room. Pool area is so loud it hurts your ears. Rooms are small but OK well appointed. Dinner restaurant serves OK food but again the crazy music levels makes it hard to enjoy. Breakfast area is very crowded and not with a great selection of food. We pointed out the issue with the level of the music and was told it's part of their "concept" - I suggest they go back to the drawing board with this concept.. They market the place as a trendy and stylish country retreat, but it's more like a crowded disco lounge thing.

Looks great but thought it would be possible to get a little bit early pool access because of a 6 month old baby but they couldn't do it without charging for whole extra pool days. Even though we only wanted access to 2 hours in total for our visit. Bad service, no flexibility on a tuesday in january.

I recommend this hotel and spa 100% there is nothing to complain about I loved it so much the style and atmosphere is amazing.

It’s our second time at Maryhill and it’s been a mixed experience this time. Firstly they decided to redo the parking lots which meant there was construction chaos and we had to park a long way down the street on a field instead. Secondly the mini fridge in out room didn’t work and the aircon also did not work which meant the room got VERY hot during the day and afternoon all the way till the sun was gone. Then they played very louad and annoying music outside the room with the same beat OVER AND OVER again which was to go crazy about and even with the door closed (which was unbearable because of the hot room) you could still clearly hear it. Overall the hotel seems a little to not have the capacity for all the people here duting summer, if you try to get a sunchsir at one of the pools a little later than 11/12 it’s almost impossivle and at the breakfast all spots are full after around 9 and it’s hard to find seating, we then had to get up and eat breakfast around 8:15 the other days. The hotel is beautiful and has good facilities and activities. Beautiful decor and nice vibe apart from the issues we had this visit😊👍
