挺好的，運氣也不錯遇到酒店對面開展 安全係數高，City sightseeing 巴士也會路過 南非比較亂，還是安全第一

在Pepperclub的住宿體驗非常棒——強烈推薦。我們選擇在南非慶祝一個重要的里程碑，希望能留下一些特別的回憶。我們從約翰尼斯堡出發，途經南比蒂，到達德班，然後前往開普敦，最後預訂了Pepperclub，希望以一次奢華的體驗為旅程畫上圓滿的句號。飯店位置優越，靠近波卡普和當地市場，步行也很安全。我們去任何想去的地方都很方便。飯店非常乾淨，包括公共區域、健身房，當然還有客房。然而，客房服務更像是四星級酒店的水平——像多要幾條毯子這樣的小要求都需要催促，而且每天的夜床服務也不穩定（有時浴室會打掃並補充用品，有時則不會）。同樣，服務品質也不穩定，儘管前台/禮賓部人員配備充足——Godfrey總是熱情地迎接我們，還有一位值班經理非常盡職盡責，後續跟進也很到位。然而，當戈弗雷不在值班時，飯店的歡迎氛圍就顯得冷淡了些，前台工作人員也並非熱情周到，效率也並非總是很高。 餐廳的工作人員總是熱情友善。早餐很棒——自助餐和單點菜色選擇豐富，上菜速度也很快。午餐的選擇也很不錯，客房服務也很有效率。 水療中心非常棒，按摩和護理都做得很好。健身房不錯，雖然有點小，需要說明的是，泳池沒有加熱（但很漂亮）。我們沒有機會體驗飯店的私人Odeon影院，但那裡只放映老電影，沒有公共Odeon影院裡那些新片。 從房間裡可以欣賞到桌山和獅頭山的壯麗景色。酒店滿足了我們提前入住和連通房的特殊要求，也為我們的周年紀念日佈置了房間，並準備了蛋糕和香檳——這些細節都非常貼心。您不會後悔入住這家飯店，但您可能不會想再次入住。

Room cleanliness could be better. Found trash from pervious gues still in the trash bin. Bed sheets and linens were clean enough. 2 complimentary bottles of water was also provided. But it was sealed tight with plastic. Had to use a swiss-army knife to open it. Hotel should consider other methods for guest ease.

前台服務態度特別好，也給我們安排了能看見桌山的房間，每天早上起來看到的風景就讓人愉悅。如果自駕的話，酒店有地下停車場，需要到前台購買停車日數。酒店旁邊有洗衣店，店鋪洗完之後會幫忙送回酒店，非常方便！

Simon's Town 酒店的天花板 酒店位於離企鵝海灘對上之小山上, 在房間內隨便一個角落也看到一望無際的大海, 超讚 業主及酒店員工十分友善, 只要你提出, 他們會想盡方法去滿足客人的要求, 剛剛給我們看到了業主為年老的丈夫安排了結婚紀念日的驚喜, 太感動, 業主也太窝心了, 令我留下了十分美好的印象, 太讚了 房間及洗手間空間挺大的, 十分整潔, 用品什麼也不缺, 早餐需然種類不如大酒店這麼多選擇, 但分量十分足夠及用心安排, 十分讚 由於已預定了很多行程, 很遺憾未能再多住幾晚, 下次一定回來住上一星期, 本人極度推薦Simon's Town 這個麥哲倫酒店

Pros Great location - a short drive to the waterfront and close to Table Mountain, Lions Head and the Botanical Garden where Uber will get you there quickly and for a good price. Staff were very good Breakfast was cooked very well and with good quality ingredients and a varied selection. It would be better if they had soft bread rather than the heavier one provided (althouh this could be a more European variety i havent come across before). The room was homely, as is the whole building (a bit of a British Grade 2 listed building kind of feel). Nice views over capetown in some rooms and a mountain view from the back. Room has heating and air con for all seasons. Cons As mentioned in a previous review, the room is quite dusty so if you are messing around with plugs behind the bed or tv, it's a challenge not to breathe in the dust. I think this could be a SA thing rather than the hotel itself but they only provide 1.5l of water which for a week is not enough, even for a solo traveller. You have to pay for any more. I have never come across this in 25 years of travel across 35 countries but again, i know there is a water issue in SA sometimes and I believe the tap water is drinkable (although I wouldn't attempt this as a tourist). Bathroom towels not replaced - just left to dry which doesn't work particularly well in winter. The photo of the hotel being near blue water is a little deceptive - obviously it is not near a beach and they don't suggest so but the body of water across the road is a water storage facility (currently empty) so don't expect tropical views. Having said that, if you get a city view room, the sunrise is right in front of you and a perfect time lapse opportunity as the scenery changes dramatically during the sunrise. Stunning experience. Overall, I would stay again and recommend the hotel which is in a quiet location.

We booked the same room again on the 25th. Then we requested to check out at 1pm. We didn’t hear anything from no one. This morning at 10am there was knocking on our door. The lady said its time to check out. I said mo cause we requested to check out at 1pm. She went ahead and said there are extra fees and she will ask the front desk. 5min later knocked again on the door. Says no we cant stay and have to check out at 11am(note this was at 10:20am) when she told me, I went ahead and told her this is on them and we requested to leave later. She left, next minute, a man came back. All arrogant. Told me why didn’t I pack up my bags the previous night. Also said that if I dont leave cleaners will come. I said its okah they can come but I might still be busy packing up. He said if thats the case they can help me put my stuff outside. I told him I dont like the tone he is using and being aggressive. He said hr not aggressive but he definitely was and threatened me with security that will escort me out. He left and came back(note I was in my towel) he said he left me in my towel and I am still the same( note I took a shower, busy packing up stuff in the room as we came from abroad and had a lot of baggage) he said he is calling security. Then my husband came out of the room and told him why he using that tone with me and he been listening to him the whole time! This man immediately changed his whole tune when he saw my husband. So inappropriate! And disrespectful! Will definitely will not be staying here again.

我想分享我住在這間公寓的經驗。我們住得很不方便，因為這裡是自助式的，只有兩個盤子。如果我用一個盤子盛東西，我的伴侶又用另一個盤子，我就沒盤子盛菜了。我們家真的只有兩個盤子，就像飯店一樣，服務生會為我們做飯——我們根本不需要更多盤子。我怎麼可能只買夠兩個人用的食材？每天早上喝咖啡只有一把勺子，共用一個茶匙，每個人只有一個杯子。此外，公寓裡沒有掃帚，我們自己打掃非常困難。我們只能等到早上10點清潔/維修人員來，而我們自己只能忍著不去清理灰塵，或是用紙巾擦擦。雖然我們不想讓別人進來，但我們別無選擇。我們甚至不能自己擦地板，只能等到晚上睡覺後再擦。沒有浴帽，沒有牙刷牙膏，入住時連最基本的用品都沒有，入住時連個像樣的房間都沒有。我強烈不推薦給深夜抵達的旅客，因為這裡一點都不方便，你只能在髒兮兮的房間裡睡到商店開門。暖氣經常用完，讓你在房間裡凍得瑟瑟發抖。退房時間是上午10點，所以如果你當天下午6點的航班，做好像流浪漢一樣在街上遊蕩的準備吧。以前不是中午12點退房，最晚下午2點退房嗎？我的伴侶上夜班，下午6點的航班，他卻在上午10點就被趕了出來！他請求休息2小時，中午12點退房，結果他們竟然收了他50%的房費，就因為他只睡了2個小時，連半天都不到。這間公寓簡直糟糕透了，只想著怎麼多收錢，根本不提供任何幫助。床單三天才換一次，這意味著如果你是女性，正值生理期，弄髒了床單，接下來兩天就得忍受血跡——為什麼？ ！我覺得床單應該每天都換，按照房費計算，除非他們想讓我們自己帶床單以備不時之需……更糟的是，早上八點樓頂還在施工，噪音震耳欲聾，害得我伴侶上完夜班後根本睡不著覺，而且事先沒有任何通知！我們後悔住在這裡。還有個讓人崩潰的問題：因為沒有備用盤子，我每次吃完飯都得洗，而且因為沒有刷子，只能用手洗。我覺得我付的錢根本不值這個價錢。

Great place. Amazing amenities. Wonderful location right opposite Canal Walk. Could do with an AC. Should have a reception at 9 palms, not having to go to the Crystal Towers to collect keys. Wifi password should be given to guests at check in
