訪訪客用戶I had dinner at the hotel and I did not realize that the waitress made a mistake and charged my credit card in US dollars instead of 33.990 TZ shillings. An hour later, the waitress knocked my door and told me about the mistake and that they would reverse the transaction in the morning. It took the hotel 2 days to sort that out with their bank (NMB Bank). I spent about US$500 on international phone calls with my bank in SA so that they undersand the problem and help me solve it. After a long struggle, I got my money back after 25 days.
I am writing this to alert tourists who visit Tz. Please look at the credit card machine to ensure that the correct currency is being charged before pressing the buttons. Scrutinize the receipts that you get and keep them until you get home.
Regardless of the nerve-racking experience that I had, I would like to thank the Kibo Palace Hotel administration and staff for their honesy (admitting the error) and for the great efforts they put forth to ensure thae reversal of the reve money as they had no experience with this issue before. Everybody at the hotel was sympathetic and very supportive. Every now and then they contacted me to see if I got the money or not. My advice to the hotel is to train their staff especially waitresses/waiters in using payment machines, and even improving their English to avoid such mistakes and hastles. I wish the accountant tooke me with her to the bank so that I know exactly what is going on so that I give solutions or ask my bank for solutions.
if I come back to Moshi, I would definitely stay at the Kibo Palce Hotel and enjoy Mt Kilimanjaro views.

青旅嘛就不要有奢望了，就是一個住的地方。
單間，有蚊帳，被子乾淨，有馬桶和自來水。但是需要帶轉換插頭。但是外面跳廣場舞還是聲音很大的但是我不介意。

訪訪客很棒的小酒店,在莫氏安靜,無污染的地方(莫氏市中心的空氣和噪音不好)。早餐是含在價格便宜的。算是物有所值!

KKana0130我認爲沒有一家酒店這麼好。房間很乾淨,有蚊帳。未使用的房間每天都通風。能夠在屋頂上吃早餐和晚餐,很美味。即使我沒有生意,我也可以在屋頂上放鬆,並且我能夠看到乞力馬扎羅山,所以我得到了治癒。最重要的是,工作人員非常友善。從酒店很便宜,他們安排了前往Dodoma的巴士,並提供了前往巴士站的接送服務。
咖啡之旅也準備了約35美元,他們給了我一個午餐盒和水,徒步去了村莊的瀑布,這是一個非常合理的旅行。
他總是關心我們,真誠地提出價格,我發現這不是錢。我可以問附近的一家美味餐廳並談論任何事情。當您來到莫西時,請嘗試使用它。
