阿拉尼亞阿蘭耶姆購物商場附近住宿

Пишу по свежим следам. Вернулись 2 дня назад с Алании Отель конечно не 4 звёзды Но это хорошая твёрдая тройка! Если вы привыкли ездить в 5 звёзд - вам не понравится 1. Расположение: норм, мы любим пешком ещё ходить. До центра час, на автобусе 15 минут. Ходит часто - поэтому доехать до достопримечательностей и кафе - труда не составляет. По пешей дороге очень красивая аккуратная набережная, с видом на крепость, гулять - супер. По пнд и чт открывается рынок, очень вкусные фрукты/овощи, а так - там есть абсолютно все. Рядом с отелем: бим, шок, мигрос 2 штуки. 2. Пляж: не очень. Грязноватый. Есть места с плитами и камнями, но собственный, с бесплатными лежаками (они конечно повидали своё) советуем на пляже идти в правую сторону, там плит меньше. Честно, мы ездили последние дни на автобусе на Клеопатру. 60 лир за лежак, море чистое, песок сказочный. 20 минут ехать точно, но оно того стоит 3. Номерной фонд: номер достался хороший, раковина туалет душ - ничего не текло. Иногда несёт канализацией :( Кровать шкафы тумбочки - не новое, но все ок. Все балконы выходят либо на улицу либо на бассейн, вида на море тут нет, в номере есть холодильник, сейф, кондей (у нас был старый, который трещал и не регулировалось направление, но спасибо что дул) 4. Питание: шикарное. Правда супер. Да однообразно, но были меняющиеся блюда, все очень вкусно не жирно, не кисло. Мы были счастливы там есть. Никто не отравился) Бар - ужас. Кроме пива наверно брать нечего) соки - тоже треш, пьёшь только газовки, чай, кофе 5. Обслуживание: все убирали, полотенца меняли, бумагу давали, воду по литру тоже, лебедей крутили, мы периодически оставляли на чай, в целом ок. 6. *Вай Фай есть только в лобби, работает ок, остальной - платно. Резюмируя: отель подойдёт для непривередливых, вы тут не отравитесь, будете всегда сытыми, живности никакой нет, есть бассейн, свой бесплатный пляж и много магазинов рядом (аптека тоже кстати). Есть свои минусы, но они не критичные. С пренебрежением русских - не встретились. Все в порядке *лиры снимали через корону, их можно снять только в головном офисе почты!!!рубли везде меняют, но курс спорный. Решайте!

**Long post but worth a read if condidering this hotel** This hotel was booked as our first and most probably last family holiday (due to mums health issues). There was 8 of us in total on the holiday this included myself, partner, 2 daughters, mum, my brother and partner, and another brother. On arrival I was extremely upset to find that my family had been booked into a room that sleeps only 3 when I had put in the original booking 2 adults and 2 children sharing, after telling the manager that I was extremely uncomfortable with my daughter not being in my room or us all squeezing in the small room the only option I was given was to pay 350 euros for a family room. I think this is absolutley terrible, this was refused as I simply couldng afford so this set us of to a bad start. The next issue was that my mum is disabled and cannot walk, she was put into the furthest room (only accessed by at least a 10 minute walk under the subway) I asked for her to be moved closer this was refused I genuinely thought she may not make it home after all the walking. We tried in vein to hire some type of mobility scooter, searched both towns and found nothing, however, the hotel was more than happy to hire a wheelchair (not fit for purpose) for 25 euros a day 🤯 that is literally 5 euros less than hiring a car. This didn't make it much easier for us as we had a steep hill to get up each night and she is quite a large woman. On many occasions I thought we was both going to be rolling down the hill, this was supposed to fulfill one of my mums final wishes, a family holiday, she told me she just felt like a burden. The rooms if big enough was ok, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, shower gel, 1 2 English channels on TV (news) was bearable. However, each day we hung the sign on our door to have our mini fridge restocked and this didn't happen once? I'm not quite sure why? To be honest I got the feeling that the staff just didn't like us 😕 which as you can imagine made us quite uncomfortable. The beach I cannot fault at all it was absolutely beautiful and literally on the hotels doorstep, managed to get sun loungers no problem each day. The sea also is stunning beautiful colours and beautiful sunsets each night. The weather also was in the 20s each day which was a very pleasant suprise. The pizza bar by the beach was great freshly made pizzas and salads was very nice and the downstairs barman seemed friendly. We also tried the mock tails and milkshakes at an extra cost (4 euros) was worth a treat. The upstairs restraunt had plenty of options and the food was enjoyed by the majority of the party. Always seemed to have something available for fussy eaters and the English pallette. To eat on the balcony with a sea view was a really treat. The nighttime entertainment was also very good always translated to English to so we could all understand some fab dance acts. Excellent hotel, great food, great stuff, nice beach and swimming pools.For the price paid, more than sattisfied. Thank You!!!! The only thing i did not like are some guests of this hotel from the former SSSR, such a stupid way of having fun there:( It is obvious that they had such a terrible and poor history behind theirselves. It is obvious that they were starving, since they had filled their plates with bounch of food and of course they could not had eaten it:).Disgusting, inded.Also , we had met some extremely nice people from Macedonia and Germany:) With love....

I am struggling to see why some people have issues with this hotel. We arrived at 2.30am and we had to wait a little while as others were being checked in. However there was a 24 hour bar and there was food available. Check in was simple and we were shown to our rooms. Yes the rooms are basic but clean and well stocked. The staff were absolutely amazing, all of them. There were plenty of sturdy loungers around the pool and the pool was a great size and also clean. I personally enjoyed the food as there was the option to try something different every night. The a la carte restaurants were also very good. Food was fantastic. I had hammam and massages in the spa. Staff were very attentive and very respectful. The shops were immediately outside the hotelband managed to have great banter with some of the shopkeepers. We ran into some personal difficulties whilst we were there and I cannot thank the guest relations ladies enough for their kindness and support. I would most certainly come back..... Thank you for an amazing holiday Tip: If you want to barter for goods, try the smaller shops in the back streets.

The place is wonderful, we had a amazing time!! We have got engaged on the beach !! It's was magic and it will always stay in our memories. Firstly, I would like to thank the receptionist who help me when I left my phone in the transfer van. Got my phone back straight away in the morning, no judgment just pure kindness. The food is amazing as you always will find something for yourself. My favourite dessert is ”messy cheesecake” will add photos, and I will definitely try to do it myself. I would appreciate if you could tell me your origin name for this dessert please. The room we had it was alright a bit outdated but we did went for cheaper option, unfortunately we had two single beds pushed together but somehow we managed, tip for that: as on the last day/night our cleaner put mattress sheet for double bed so we did not end up in hole so if you will have the same issue just ask the cleaner to do that for you. The cleaning lady was fantastic 👏 every day doing great job, we are not messy people but nice to have a bed done after we back from long day out, I wish we could find her by the end of our stay to leave her tip but somehow she wasn't there and we don't know her name. Especially that she has to take million glasses from our room EVERY day 😅😂😂 bless her xx The pool area is loud from 10am (good morning song its still ringing in my head 💓) if you like party atmosphere that's for you, the beach is more quiet but not completely. Big shout out for the guys on the beach bar they so lovely and those creative salads they make !! Love it ! see photo📸 The entertainment is ok, not much for us we liked the Mexican show and the African, the one that is engaging people is a bit sleaze. The live music show was really poor with all the respect to the band the lead singer has to take some singing lessons. The darts entertainment awesome 👌 the guy is really enjoying his job and make it best entertainment. Yoga was good but if you never done it could be tricky as the lady is not showing movements before she is just going with it but I am sure if you would ask for help she would explain. I've done it for years so no problem for me. The first half of holiday the people where more engaging to make atmosthe on shows but then some people left other came and I was feeling like I am the only one clapping 👏 haha Also tip for hotel it would be nice to have a board of daily entertainment next to reception so people know what's going on, as the website do not shows accurate info. We where usually randomly finding it out 10 min before I think you would have more people taking part. Bars next to the pool where also very good the guys are running on their time but we were never in the rush. Need to admit when it was pick time and big queues they speed up. As everywhere you will find the workers that do not want to be there, haha Overall, we had a blast! my fiancee chose this place for us by proposing to me so we definitely will be back xx 😘 We booked through on the beach

Быстро заселили, номер чистый, светлый, есть холодильник, кондиционер, wi-fi, фен. Номер на пятом этаже с просторным балконом с видом на город и на гору крепости Аланьи. Данный балкон был с боковыми стенами, поэтому когда уходит солнце можно приватно посидеть на балконе. На первом этаже отеля есть ресторан со вкусной едой, например микс морепродуктов. На крыше есть небольшой уютный бассейн. Бассейном не пользовался, так как для себя считаю что туристическими бассейнами пусть пользуются дети и женщины. Пляж в шаговой доступности. Сотрудники отеля приветливые и отзывчивые. Спасибо Hotel Kleopatra за теплый прием!

Absolutely lovely little hotel, situated near Kleopatra beach. Lots of shopping, markets restaurants near by. Little rooms, beautiful scenery to seaside, good bed and pillow. Staff is very kind and helpful, the food and cook is the best in the world🩷. I recommend👍

很棒的酒店,到處都是超級友好的員工,前台,早餐室,一般的客房服務,總是微笑,有很好的建議,願意幫忙,並付出額外的努力 超級寬的早餐選擇,有各種溫暖的菜餚,冷切,各種奶酪,穀類,當然還有許多不同的沙拉,酸奶和乾果 - 我想不出有什麼缺失 從Americano over Expresso到Latte和果汁的不同咖啡 步行不到2分鐘到紅塔,5分鐘到海港。 海景真的非常完美,可以看到“海盜”船隻來來往往,早上也有日出。 由於靠近港口,也靠近各種餐館,酒吧和購物集市。 我們超級開心,還會再來的,我們真的玩得很開心,每天都玩得很開心😎

在我的假期裏,沒有比五月花酒店更好的選擇了。位置很好在市中心,工作人員很棒,樂於助人,我在九樓的公寓絕對令人驚歎,可以看到山景,並從城市到大海。五月花角落咖啡館和小酒館也很棒。腳很好吃,一邊聽現場音樂一邊吃飯很好。酒店和餐廳的工作人員都非常友好和貼心,他們每天都問我怎麼樣,一切都好。因爲我獨自旅行,感覺很好。這家酒店一切都很棒,我也可以熱情地推薦給其他人。

It was the second time we stayed in this hotel after having had a wonderful holiday in Alayie Kleopatra last year. We insisted that our travel agency found a place in this hotel also this year. We did not want another hotel. It was the hotel staff that made us wish to choose this hotel again. They were very welcoming, helpful, friendly, polite, well mannered, flirty and funny, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We were happy to meet the same people as last year. The sunbeds at the pool are limited, but we are not fans of tanning at the swimming pool. There were enough tables with chairs around the pool, so plenty of space to enjoy your time at the pool. It was nice to come from the beach at 11.00 and enjoy a swim in the pool which found itself in the shadow until 12.00 so we did not have to worry ab getting sun burn. I believe this hotel is not quite suitable for families with children as the kids' swimming pool is small and the bigger one is deep. The gym is outdated with older devices. There is an indoor swimming pool, as well. The rooms are well equipped and cleaned every day. The food choice is not very varied, but it is healthy, well cooked and tasty. I like it that this year one could find sweet Turkish specialities like Baklava as opposed to last year. I also find it very practical that one can get 500 ml water bottles anytime. There are 3 entertainment shows to enjoy during a 7 night stay which is perfect as you also have time for walks to the city center and the harbour which during the night offer an incredible and impressive view. Alanya is a night city and if you are lucky you can see the waiters dancing in syncron in the restaurants. There are many activities and trips that one can undertake from local agencies. The beach is very close to the hotel(1 min)and is wide, with lovely ticker sand and very warm water. The view with the mountains and the sea turn Alanya into a paradise. On the water one can admire the pirate ships and the paragliding. If we ever visit Alanya again, we will definitely go to this hotel as it suits our expectations and idea of a perfect holiday. We are grateful to the hotel personnel for making our stay wonderful!!!
