酒店的設施和服務在合艾來說都算是數一數二的，早餐的種類不算多，但勝在菜色每天都會有一些更改，唯一的缺點就是位置離市中心稍遠，適合開車來的遊客，尤其是開電動車的人，酒店有提供充電設施，一天的費用是五百泰銖。

訪訪客用戶住宿,位置優越,靠近合艾曼谷醫院。衚衕的入口處有一個小型超市,住宿條件很好,房間很寬敞,乾淨,香氣很好,有很多儲物櫃。浴室很寬。有一個陽台可以晾衣服。還有一個洗碗機。冰箱很大。有一個桌子可以坐下來工作或吃飯。有一個梳妝檯,一張雙人牀。再見涼爽的空調按通過 Trip.com預訂,也可以獲得折扣。總的來說,值得付出的代價。我馬上再來休息。

訪訪客用戶I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.
