KKathrinH我在玄風的普拉納酒店度過了非常愉快的時光。酒店很新，從酒店的每個角落都能感受到現代而精心的設計。一切都乾淨整潔，維護得非常好。
最令人印象深刻的是員工的友好——他們的英語非常流利！尤其是前台團隊，熱情周到、樂於助人且專業，讓入住和整個入住過程都非常順利舒適。
飯店還提供非常便利的停車位，如果您自駕前來，這將是一大優勢。此外，健身中心設施齊全，非常適合您在入住期間保持日常運動。
酒店的小酒吧也是一個不錯的亮點，營造出輕鬆的夜晚氛圍。您可以享用啤酒、金湯力等各種飲品以及一些小吃——雖然簡單，但卻非常貼心。
總而言之，如果您在玄風尋找一家現代舒適、服務一流的飯店，普拉納飯店絕對是您的理想之選。我已經預訂了下週的住宿。

MM54597****我最近入住了這家酒店，想和大家分享一次令人欣喜的體驗。從第一天起，我們就感受到了員工真正的專業精神和無微不至的關懷。前台的工作人員總是很熱情，並能迅速解決所有問題。
房間寬敞，一塵不染，並且每天都會打掃。特別想提到非常舒適的床鋪和高質量的隔音——我們每晚都睡得很好。窗外是美麗的海景。
早餐種類豐富，味道可口，有大量的熱菜和烘焙糕點可供選擇。每天都會進行清潔，毛巾和床單總是很乾凈。
特別要感謝華麗的游泳池和打理得很好的場地。酒店的位置非常便利——步行即可到達海灘和主要景點。
我絕對向那些希望度過一個難忘假期的人推薦這家酒店。我們一定會再次回到這裏！

HHello,pui房間夠大打開2大2小行李箱，重點這個hostel 是有電梯的！十分方便 地理位子也很好！我們是跟有一個留言找到實際位置
樓下女櫃檯英文超好！全程沒有溝通障礙！
我們是4個女生，住在4樓的房間，但4樓只有男生的公共空間，有點不太方便
晚上11:30pm-7:00am不能洗澡，對於我這種夜貓子來說有點不方便
但總結是很推薦的！

訪訪客用戶酒店衛生很好，早餐可以試到當地小特式餃子，選擇不算多 ，但味道不錯，附近很多餐廳營業到很晚，很熱鬧！附近出入有巴士站去到不同景點，這一次同家人來，多數乘搭巴士附近有很多巴士站，位置很好！

KKathrinH我比官方入住時間提早一小時到達，儘管我一直是蘇城酒店的常客，也多次入住該酒店，但這次卻被拒絕提前入住。我請求提前一小時入住是因為需要在房間參加一些電話會議。
我完全理解提前入住需要視房間供應情況而定。然而，作為一名經常提前預訂的客人，我感到驚訝和沮喪，因為酒店似乎沒有努力滿足我的請求——尤其是考慮到我過去多次提前入住都順利獲批。
更令人失望的是，飯店缺乏彈性，也不願意探討任何替代方案。他們提出可以提前入住，但需要支付20,000韓元的提前入住費。這讓我感覺我的忠誠和持續光顧並沒有被重視。在我的同事向前台經理投訴後，我才被允許提前入住，比官方入住時間提早了30分鐘。
這次經驗讓我非常失望，我不確定是否還會再入住這家飯店。

AAileenzsc房間乾淨整潔寬敞舒適，前台服務熱情周到細心，交通非常便利。早餐水果新鮮好吃，非常滿意的酒店，距離金浦機場過馬路即到達，出行方便。

RRouyuandelvtu就在大邱站旁邊的老式酒店，走路一分鐘就到了，非常便於出行。房間是那種韓國老式風格，但還是比較整潔乾淨的，就是浴缸那塊有點臟，其他還好，除此之外設備應有盡有。老闆們人很好，這個價格在大邱算是非常划算的，住了接近一週，體驗不錯的。

YYohanaWhile it is a budget hostel, and the location is a bit of a walk inside the back street, I did not expect it to be too luxury or anything special. What was strange was that eventhough I arrived before 10PM, there was nobody at the reception desk, and I had to call to be able to speak with someone for check in and being directed to a self check in machine. With my broken korean language skill, it was difficult but I made it at the end.
The room has some black moulds and I had to plug off the mini fridge to be able to use the power point to charge my phone, mini fan and whatever else. And in the morning that mini fridge has produced some water on the floor after being thawed.
Towels were provided but they were smelly. The bottom of the toilet were not sealed properly to the floor (the sillicone joint has worn off). The room is in need of renovation.
I managed to do the self check out when I went downstairs the next morning (with the same machine). Then I realised I couldn’t get out via the entrance door that I got in the night before, because it was locked at around 11AM. After I rang the owner again, he directed me to leave by the back door. Then I was trying to find my way at the back area to go out to the street and catch a taxi.
This hostel by far was the worst place I have stayed ever. I was glad I only booked for 1 night.

訪訪客用戶I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean.
Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her.
Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel!
I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future!
If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.
