This place has no front desk or on-site staff. Do yourself a favor and pay extra to stay somewhere else.
We had serious issues with the door lock and could not enter the room. The customer service agent directly said they did not understand English, so we had to use translation apps ourselves to communicate and solve the problem. The issue was not properly fixed and happened again the next day.
The handling was very inefficient, our schedule was delayed, and no compensation was offered.
Not recommended, especially for non-Japanese speakers

我們運氣很差遇到門鎖壞掉,門一有嗶嗶聲,從外面還打不開🙄,大半夜要請人修,打電話給客服結果英文完全不通,變成我們要自己用翻譯機翻成日文語音給他們聽,前前後後用了一小時,最後說是沒電池,換了電池以為修好了,結果隔天下午進去輸密碼時又開不了。因為已經隔一天又換了負責人,一樣英文不通,本來我們說是否可以換房,結果跟我說滿房了,我就要求退費及補償,結果後來又搞了兩個小時,然後就有空房了,根本一開始就有只是不想整理或賠錢吧。行程整個被delay,超級不爽,也沒給賠償。
補充第二天中間在電話上有一個翻譯幫忙,但他也是一直搞不清楚狀況,變成我們要跟翻譯解釋一遍,又要跟現場過來的人解釋一遍,不知道到底誰才是客服,要不是這裡最低只能給一顆星,我一顆都不想給。
