餐廳的經理很友好,但是我點了當地啤酒,但是我把進口啤酒帶到了當地,沒有解釋就喝了當地啤酒。 費用當然是歪的-希望職員的訂購服務能與顧客溝通。 總體服務很好。 我在水療中心接受了精油按摩,按摩師的實力太弱了。 在問訊處申請出租車-確認了到職員的費用,在酒店提出的費用中,出租車司機的收費費[這個應該提前規定爲出租車費]-第二天,另一輛車去了沒有收費的地方[停車場入場費和停車費-這應該提前告訴顧客,並告訴出租車費/需要與酒店相關的出租車公司的特殊簽約/

The checkin into this mesmerizing Taj property with the drive up to the hotel and peacocks all around was magical and seamless and were ushered into our beautiful coloniol room… We decided to head for high tea immediately at 4.30pm and were seated in the lawns sipping our tea and feeding the peacocks groundnuts provided by the hotel staff… The entire city down below with the Gopurams of the Meenakshi Temple in the background added to all its splendor. Pictures do not do justice to this fabulous hotel at all!!! which in its days of glory belonged to a Scottish textile magnet. One must read about the history of this place… The check in lobby, the rooms with its high ceilings and wooden flooring, the old cabinets all brought back the days of its lost glory!! Must say a great job is done with its restoration. The breakfast place was lovely with good service although the food could have been better.. This reminded me of my stay at Falakhnuma Palace and has all the makings of another bucket list property… We left with a very heart and that does not happen very often with me.. A few mentions here… Please do not order Ola Cabs from the airport as the drivers do not act with integrity.. Red Cabs is an app which I’m told is reliable.. All in all it was an extremely memorable stay in the hotel!!!

最近在這家酒店住了一晚,酒店位於著名的Madurai Meenakshi安曼寺幾公里處。雖然酒店的位置不是最好的,至少在我看來,酒店工作人員的熱情好客和自助早餐是我體驗過的最好的。酒店接待人員和餐廳工作人員都非常熱情,提供了任何客戶可以要求的最佳接待。房間和裝飾雖然過時,但很乾淨,維護得很好。浴室可以使用隆起。自助早餐非常好吃,種類很多可供選擇。我非常喜歡早餐。房價合理。儘管位置和體面的房間,下次來馬杜賴時,我一定會選擇這個地方。

Hotel Grand Sabarees is conveniently loacted with close proximity to the Railway station, good vegetarian restaurants and Meenakshi temple. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. The pricing is very reasonable. The staff are very courteous and try their best to help the guests feel comfortable. They even accommodated our request for an early check-in by an hour. The rooms are small and compact, nealy maintained and the bathrooms are also maintained very clean. Hot water is available 24 hours. Food from outside is allowed to be taken to the rooms - no in house restaurant is available - however, some good restaurants are available in close proximity. The railway station is walkable and so is the bus stand. We would prefer this stay when we travel to Madurai.

酒店前台服務態度很好，但業務非常之不好。 到酒店不讓early check in可以理解，前台問好價格，去餐廳買早餐，餐廳價格和前台給的價格不一樣。check out時想用酒店的車去機場，問了前台一個價格，覺得比Ola稍微貴一點，還行，說吃好飯回來訂，結果回來之後換了個前台，價格又變了，比Ola貴一倍了。 Early Check In，酒店開始嚴格要求不能提早入住，必須下午2點，溝通無奈后表示理解，隨即出去用午餐，回來后才中午12點，發現酒店竟然給另一對白人夫婦check in，而且還提供了毛巾和welcome drink。我check in時候完全沒有這些。 以上說明酒店管理非常混亂。 保安倒是各個熱情打招呼。早餐價格不貴，但餐品一般。 房間硬件很好，空調也很給力，不過冰箱非常老舊，在莊園一般的heritage裏，非常的吵。 衛生情況衹是看上去很美，木地板腳踩的話，會很快就黑了。房間內還有超級大的幾隻蒼蠅飛舞，嗡嗡嗡，有點噁心。 整體看性價比還不錯，就是前台讓人非常惱火，衛生情況也配不上硬件。

I appreciated the transparency and ease of the booking process. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hotel MSP and would gladly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking quality service at an affordable price.

I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

It was good experience, cooperative staff, clean and neat rooms. Food was good, nice environment and we'll maintained bathrooms. Can vith family and friends, safe and secure palce. Overall it was extremely good experience.
