Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

I had a fantastic stay at Regenta Place Amritsar, where the exceptional service and prime location made all the difference. The staff truly stood out they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience, from hassle-free early check-in to promptly addressing any needs that arose . The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options . Its convenient location near the Golden Temple and other key attractions made getting around the city effortless . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in Amritsar.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff provided excellent service. This was my first time booking for a family vacation, and the staff were very welcoming.

This hotel was good but not so nice as they talked about luxury family room but nothing like this. Too small led with damage remote, mattress uncomfortable, food quality not so good or too late. I think i have paid to much according to the facilities they have provided. I am not satisfied.

Stay is really good. Location near by goldan temple approx only 2 min for walk. Food is also good and less spicy for kids Amenities and services is too good
