在皇冠假日酒店度過了一次極好的住宿!酒店各方面都超出預期。房間優雅,寬敞,乾淨無可挑剔,提供非常舒適的住宿。工作人員熱情、專業、細心,確保及時照顧每一個需求。用餐體驗非常出色,食物美味,選擇種類繁多。設施維護得很好,整體氛圍豪華但熱情。我強烈推薦皇冠假日酒店給任何尋找優質酒店體驗的人,並樂意再次入住這裏。

作爲一名獨唱女性旅行者,我在酒店住了一晚,因爲我有晚飛機,第二天正在和朋友見面。地方舒適乾淨,方便。酒店離國際和國內到達都超級近(步步高遠)。如果你來自國際,你只要出來右轉,你會看到它(國內,左轉)。在機場,酒店必須在你到達時掃描你的行李。空調很棒,因爲它在幸運的時候很熱!我的房間離接待處很近,所以我晚上用耳塞睡覺,因爲你可以聽到門鈴。用耳塞,我沒有問題!

我們是三個來自新西蘭的朋友,在麗晶塔住了兩晚。地方很好,房間很舒服。工作人員爲我們多設置了一張牀,所以我們都能住同一個房間,很棒。地方是老魅力和實惠的住宿的混合體,我們認爲很超值。工作人員超級樂於助人,細心周到,爲我們安排了快速洗衣服務,甚至給我們拿了一包撲克牌送到酒店。經理還給我們提供了關於獲得印度電話號碼的建議,在哪裏可以買到咖啡和關於在火車站導航的信息。他還給我們提供了一些關於lucknow和Varanasi的導遊,我們即將前往那裏。 我們很感激延遲退房,酒店也爲我們的晚班火車儲存了行李。 很棒的住宿!

靠近機場旁邊的功能酒店。房間過得去。前台工作人員相當迷茫和困惑。他們與食品和飲料團隊之間的協調也令人緊張。基本去,入住,什麼都不要要求,也不和任何人說話,反正他們不聽,都會很棒。小隊很有禮貌,熱情。

Decent hotel for the price at which the rooms were offered. However, the following need to improve: (a) breakfast menu and service; (b) auto-door opening of rooms; and (c) in-room dining menu.

火車站（紅線捷運站）步行750m,可ˊˋ到酒店，櫃枱經理超好，讓提前入住，房間中規中矩（隔音算不錯），可惜瓶裝水要錢。酒店步行約1.3 km 有一個 Aminabad Market अमीनाबाद मार्केट 因排燈節更熱鬧 ? 許多Lucknow知名網紅餐廳，也在那區。紅線捷運無法抵達 Rumi Darwaza रूमी दरवाज़ा 等，著名景區羣。酒店搭Uber Auro 嘟嘟車 現金約Rs.80~120 （看時段? 加給整數，權當司機小費）（部份司機很老實善良，Rs 103.18 會收Rs.100 整數，我都給Rs.120 感謝司機，他也很高興。） Ps.部份司機會坐地議價+臨時拒單。

Overall great experience, 100% recommend. Clean rooms, good service.

Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.
