CCharles WWe booked Apartment 3 being a 2 Bedroom, Kitchen/living-room which was very clean and beautifully furnished and fitted out, with large flat screenTVs in all 3 rooms, en suite main bedroom, set out as a double and the other a twin with separate Bathroom. Car parking was £10 a day extra with an extra charge if you wanted occupancy earlier than 3pm. Only ******* were relatively minor - having to use google maps to find exactly where the property was rather than a proper address being given, and in the main en suite a temperamental on/off button for the drench shower. However, the central location and quality of the property was excellent and such Staff as we met were very pleasant. Charles White

訪訪客用戶12月11日，我们去圣安德鲁旅行，Rusacks是一个完美的选择。 我们的车抛锚了。由于无法启动，我们向工作人员寻求帮助。接待处的Ccllum先生来检查我们的车，他还打电话给同事帮忙。我们感到很温暖，他们向我们伸出了手！ 由于车子还是无法启动，Ccllum先生协助我们联系了车企和求助热线。在他的帮助下，求助热线当天晚上就来修车了，但还是没弄清楚是什么原因造成的故障。因为第二天一早要回爱丁堡，车公司建议我们把钥匙留在前台，他们稍后会来取车。 Ccllum 先生同意为我们保管钥匙。幸运的是，求助热线终于把车给取走了，我们在Ccllum先生的帮助下到达了火车站。 夜色来得真快，天气又冷了。幸运的是，在 Ccllum 先生和他的同事们的帮助下，我们平安无事。非常感谢他们的好意！我们很幸运选择了Rusacks！

Rufflets is a fantastic hotel, its location is perfect for trips into the town and has amazing grounds and gardens. The overall atmosphere is very homely and inviting, from the minute we entered we were greeted by Emma who made our stay most enjoyable. She was there for us whenever we needed her and we felt she was the foundation to our overall fantastic experience. The room we were given was perfect for our needs, with a new puppy recently joining the family, the easy access to the gardens along with the more isolated building made our pup feel perfectly at home. He was welcomed as much as we were and we felt at home bringing him into different areas of the hotel especially the bar. The bar was so cozy and quiet, perfect for us to sit and whine down for the night. Overall our stay was smooth and we had no issues.

Four guys on a golf holiday arranged by Hidden Links (think Sir Nick!) Good enough hotel, rooms good, lift to second floor, I was on three. Clubs stored in janitors closet with sink and cleaners! Really just a bar with rooms but adequate. Would go back to Albany before Greyfriars.
