尼斯老城附近住宿

我們度過了一個愉快的假期。工作人員非常友好,非常樂於助人。在我們逗留前幾天,我聯繫了,因爲付款存在問題。這個錯誤完全是我的錯,但是酒店非常樂於助人和友善,我們最終解決了。當我們到達時,我們很幸運地得到了升級,儘管我帶來了麻煩,但付款錯誤。房間很棒,很乾淨,退房時我們收到了一個小袋裏的衣草的離別禮物。酒店位於市中心,我一定會再次光臨!感謝您在美麗的尼斯度過的美好時光。

工作人員以非常友好和專業的方式問候。儘管在辦理入住前提前兩個小時,工作人員還是幫助存放了我們的行李,並親切地爲我們做了熱飲。外面的天氣像季風一樣,所以歡迎非常感激。房間很乾淨,所有基本必需品。WiFi很強。靠近火車站。遊覽尼斯和摩納哥的完美基地。

房間的浴室隔板很差，沖個澡浴室到處都是水，四星級的酒店只有提供紙杯，很容易爛店，而且隔夜還不會幫忙主動換，浴室吹風機很舊還故障無法使用。蓮蓬頭的出水量極小。床的品質中等。早餐品質中等，大概只有三星的感覺。 我早上因要出席一個重要場合必須要燙襯衫，也就是因為看到飯店有這個服務所以選擇了這個飯店。到了熨燙室，兩個熨斗沒有一個是可以使用的，當時約莫是8:00左右，我跟飯店反應這件事情，並且說我10:00需要出門出席重要場合，他們說會處理然後通知我，到了8:40左右我再去詢問，櫃檯才跟我說他們修理的人員要9:00才會來，說會再電話通知我。等到了9:30都還沒音訊，我再次打電話到櫃台，他們說2分鐘會回覆我狀況，結果沒有回，我再次打電話回去，這次更誇張，完全不接我的電話。一直到9:45分才接聽。 我趕著下樓準備趟我的襯衫，不燙還好，一燙下去，一個熨斗大大生鏽的印子直接印在我白色的襯衫上面，把我整個襯衫都毀了，因為已經沒有時間了，我只能到飯店櫃檯跟他們說在我回來之前告訴我這件事情他們要怎麼處理，晚上我回來之後，也是沒有任何音訊，當作完全沒有這回事。我直接把我的襯衫拿給他們請他們處理好。如果這是能夠處理的我就不會求償。 隔天早上，我去拿襯衫的時候，他們把襯衫送洗了，但明顯的印子還在上面，櫃檯跟跟我說原本洗一件要15歐元，不算我錢。聽到的時候我真的都快氣瘋了，到底有沒有搞清楚狀況？是他們飯店熨斗弄壞了我的襯衫，搞得我很像奧客硬要別人幫我免費洗衣服？ 櫃檯還跟我說他們最近兩週才換過熨斗，雖然無法查證，但真的是很離譜的說詞，我後來看那個熨斗，根本就不像只用過兩週的樣子。 最後一直到櫃檯經理出來之後，才願意賠償我的襯衫40歐元，我因為襯衫本身已經折舊，就沒有再追究，不然根本不只這個價值。

總體服務感覺非常差，設備也很落後，之後絕對不會再入住。

服務很一般，不主動，不熱情，房間比較老舊，連咖啡機都沒有，是速溶咖啡。一次性用品幾乎沒有，需要找前台要，效率也很低。這一次住比幾年前的體驗大大下降，價格不匹配服務。 地理位置倒是最佳的，對着美麗的蔚藍海岸，不過那一溜也全部是酒店。

I am currently staying a that the Holiday Inn Nice in order to make an early flight tomorrow. I chose this location for one night only for the convenience to the airport. However, as a self-proclaimed 4-star resort, I am very, very disappointed. I arrived at 1430 (check in is at 1500) and was told my room was not ready. Fine, I am early. I am happy to wait for 30 minutes. The front desk agent told me he would call me when it’s ready if I wanted to enjoy the area. I agreed. However, at 1600, no call so I decided to walk back. As I enter I see the agent leaving the hotel in street clothes—no call. I asked the new agent about my room and he had no idea he was to call me. He called housekeeping to verify if my room was ready and again, STILL not ready! I was asked to wait in the lobby until it was ready. If check in is at 1500, the room should be ready at 1500. I received no apology for their error. I reserved a Premium Queen Seaview at a cost of 400 Euros/night. The room is frankly gross. There are long hairs in the shower (I’m bald—not me!), mold growing around the tub, stains on the walls, and stains on the furnishings. I wish I could find a more profound way of describing the hotel other than gross, but I cannot. See my attached photos of the actual room. The lobby is deceiving. You walk into a remodeled, modern space and think , “nice, this will be a good stay.” But beware, as soon as you enter your room, it all goes downhill. Not only is the room gross, but there is not a coffee maker in the room, the shower products are empty, and they do not provide any lotion. Additionally for a 4-star resort, I would expect something more than paper cups in the room (glass cups and a wine opener, perhaps?). The hotel markets having a free airport shuttle. However, the shuttle does not run convenient to flight departures, so I have to pay 40 euros for a 4 minute ride to the airport. Again, disappointing. Lastly, the hotel provides free access to the Bay Star Beach Club (owned by the hotel it seems). I was excited to check out the beach on my last night in France. However, the beach club is very small with extremely dated (and dirty) furniture. Smoking was supposedly not allowed, but guests were smoking everywhere and staff did not interject. The provided towels have holes and are stained. It was very unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel is ANYONE! There are many more hotels by the airport at 50% less cost. Avoid at all costs!

酒店位置導航完全失靈 因為需要穿過隧道 沒有任何明顯標示 幾分鐘的路繞了一個多小時 最後還是警察幫忙搞定 自駕遊的話不建議住這個酒店 而且設施很舊 Wi-Fi因為記不得萬豪的會員號碼也要另行收費 雖然行李員很專業 其他應該以後都不會入住萬豪的酒店了

我們幾次來家裏去了石之,一切都是完美的,從起初的接待,一個專業的,有效的,非常友好的團隊。美麗的空間房間, 所有無的房間, 有一座美麗的 teras.一個非常棒的公園,它可以用子走,子,子...4個游泳池,其中有內心和美麗的...保障的地面....!!!大+室內游泳池也可以爲孩子們開放,而且沒有額外的費用,這不是在任何地方。哈馬姆,雅庫茲,沙,雪洞和一個的室按摩!關於餐廳,你絕對要去石桌,請用非常原始的、美味的菜和美麗的...值得一星的旅行!還有一個開放的廚房,讓我們這些菜的準備。服務也很完美!簡短地不錯!全家都很棒的家庭時間!還有一個由帕斯卡爾主持的兒童俱樂部,爲我們的孩子提供大量活動,讓父母有時間享受SPA!

This aparthotel is absolutely lovely. I had a gorgeous spacious apartment on the 7th floor, with views over Monaco and the sea. There was also a balcony - which I wasn't expecting. The apartment was modern, airy and fully equipped and there's a pool on the roof. Breakfast was nice - and ran until 10.30! So top marks for that. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to ****** square and the railway station is also about 10 minutes away, so a great situation. There is a little market on the street on Sunday and there is a ****** supermarket about a minute away as well as a wholefood supermarket. Staff were helpful and friendly. Fantastic.

我們的住宿是在7月底,我們住了兩個晚上。我們有兩個海景房,景色很美,房間很乾淨,很舒服。工作人員很好,友好和樂於助人。我們在酒吧和地平線屋頂吃飯,在那裏我們吃早餐和午餐。早餐很棒,有很多選擇,加上廚師爲您選擇的雞蛋等。自助午餐也很棒,包括免費的瓶裝水。我們去了海灘旅行你乘坐馬車被運送,所以沒有步行,我們在那裏度過了愉快的早晨你會被分配到費爾蒙斯的牀位,而不是選擇你的位置,但是這些牀是免費的。這裏的廁所、儲物櫃和淋浴設施都很好。我們還使用了游泳池(尼基海灘)。費爾蒙特客人還有一個免費的日光牀區不是游泳池直接的一天大牀,但對我們來說這不是問題,因爲我們的牀比較安靜。我們確實有一個6歲的孩子,我們在游泳池裏玩得很開心他是那裏唯一的孩子!費爾蒙特並不便宜一切都很貴......但這正是我們從蒙特卡洛那裏所期望的。它的位置非常好,在髮夾上可以看到美妙的景色,工作人員很出色,食物和飲料都是一流的,我們毫不猶豫地再次入住
