The apartment was comfortable, beautiful and clean. It is right in the centre with everything you want to see in walking distance. It is beautifully designed and the pool area is an amazing bonus. Froilan was very helpful and friendly and helped and guided us throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

Disappointed with the service and inattentiveness of the staff. I rested at the hotel on 11-12.02.2023. I forgot expensive perfumes and medicines in my hotel room. For the past week I've been trying to get help from the staff over the phone. I was given three different email addresses, I wrote a lot of letters asking me to return things to me. I didn't receive any response. At the reception, you can only call the tenth time. They refuse to contact me with the hotel manager. In addition, I did not understand why parking for hotel guests is paid. 18 euro per day. I have never seen this anywhere in Europe. By the way, you also need to pay 1 euro for a closet for things in the pool, but I don’t take money with me, especially coins for the pool. So I had to stay without a closet. The room shower gel jar was empty. I doubt this hotel deserves its 5 stars. I request the hotel management to contact me and return my things to me.

Mine was a single room, comfortable and well cleaned. The position is very good for reaching city centre. The staff is gentle! It has a very beautiful terrace. Breakfast is not included but you can have coffee and tea for free. Approved :)

We have been staying here for 4 nights for New Year. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to many bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are very very helpful with recommendations and eager to please. They check if you want room service or you need anything, We have come back from the afternoon for a bit and they have left a bottle of cava in the fridge for us to help celebrate new year. The room has a fridge, microwave, coffee and tea making facilities in it, lovely hot shower. This is better star hotel than is advertised, room is very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to stay here for a trip to Seville, this is a great hotel, Thanks you

Clean spacious apartment, cleaned every day. Perfect bed and pillows and multiple TV's. Very nice location, a 2 minute walk to the bridge over the River in Triana. Lots of great tapa bars in the vicinity. Got a door code to get in, communication was professional and helpful.

從預定之後就非常期待的飯店！喜歡整體的設計和風格。 喜歡飯店中間的天窗，真的很美🩵 地理位置非常好，晚上周圍偏安靜也不會太吵雜。 房間讓人很放鬆，床超級大又非常好睡，我們喜歡到出門之後想提早回飯店休息🤣浴室的雙洗手台超讚，淋浴也是非常的舒服，沐浴用品的品牌也很棒。 早餐更讓人驚艷！竟然是可以選擇的套餐方式😍提拉米蘇超好吃！照燒豆腐配白飯整個很對亞洲人的胃🥹最後再來一杯咖啡，整個開啟美好的一天！
