位置很好,所以Tok是前台接待員和早餐。我唯一的抱怨,比酒店更多的是***********,我的預訂錯誤爲一個人的b&b(我在網站上的默認設置是2人,1間房間),當我意識到我的錯誤 - 在我們離開英國前一週 - 我告訴他們如果錯誤,他們確認預訂是2 b&b。到達時,牀已經從雙胞胎改爲lrg doubke,但我們不得不支付兩天的第二次早餐。如果他們確認我需要爲第二人支付額外費用,而不是讓我們處於微妙的境地,我更願意 - 我問他們是否可以確認房間是2人民宿,他們說是的!!

訪訪客La verdad es que fue una buena elección, hay que destacar que ya no se llama nh logroño, ahora se llama ”Hotel Logroño parque” así que no confundiros. Es un hotel sencillo, pero bastante bueno. cosas a destacar son las vistas que teníamos, la amabilidad del personal que fueron todos encantadores y la buena localización, ya que tienes varias paradas de bus cerca del hotel, y el centro lo tienes a tan solo 10 minutos andando. buena zona rodeada de bares, cafeterías y supermercados, no te va a faltar de nada. Las dos cosas malas que que podría destacar, es que no tienen los carteles de ”no molestar” o ”no limpiar, estamos durmiendo” así que no puedes ponerlo en la puerta para que no te molesten si quieres estar durmiendo, y al no tenerlos las empleadas de la limpieza, después de llamar varias veces para asegur****, pues pueden entrar y tu estar durmiendo, y la segunda es que no dispone de minibar, así que tener esto en cuenta.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-night stay at Sercotel Portales in Logroño. The room was comfortable and clean and had all we needed - including the ability to make hot tea and coffee in the room. We also enjoyed having a nice view of the plaza, with a window that opened so we could get some fresh air (weather permitting). The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice selection of hot items, breads, juices, fruit and sweets. It was also very convenient to have a parking garage in the hotel - although it was challenging to maneuver our not-so-small rental car in and out of the allotted space! Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel is very centrally and conveniently located, which is a big plus!

A lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town. We received a very professional and pleasant welcome and were given a large room on the 6th floor overlooking the Gran Via. Very clean, modern furnishings, with a fridge and free bottles of water. The marble-clad bathroom was large and had a bidet and bath. We had a very comfortable night. We would have been happy to give the hotel an excellent rating if it had been a little quieter. Although we were high up, we could hear road noise, the cleaner bumping around upstairs, and a fair bit of noise from the corridor. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected separate shower gel and shampoo, rather than an all-in-one lotion in a bottle, and a safe. It’s ideally placed if you’re travelling without a car, being about a 10 minute walk from the (huge and empty) train station and bus station.

訪訪客用戶We were looking for a centrally located hotel within walking distance of the train station for our 3 night stay. The rooms were comfortable with a good choice of Breakfast Buffet each morning. We were initially allocated a twin bedded room which was changed as soon as we requested a double. We were able to walk to all the places of interest in the City on our list including the bus station for a trip to La Guardia. Just around the corner from the hotel is also an urban winery Bodega Arizcuren - definitely worth a visit. Our only disappoin**ent was that on our morning of departure we had to check out before Breakfast started to catch an 0730 train to Madrid. We were told at Reception that a picnic breakfast was not available and they had no available kettle for our room - there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room - which meant an early start with no breakfast, not even a hot drink. As they offer a Buffet Breakfast it would have been very easy for them to place some pastries and fruit in a bag with a bottle of water for our departure.

XXavierJardiUbicacion para cuando vas en ruta muy buena. Relacion capidad precio excelente y personal de hotel y cafeteria muy amable. Solo algun retoque a nivel mantenimiento en habitacion que estuvimos. A parte el aislamiento acustico exterior es algo justo… Cercano a Logroño centro

We were there during Semana Santa (Easter Processions) at ”high season” so found the place a little expensive. They are pet friendly and had very helpful, enthusiastic customer service agents working the desk that also served as concierges and who were quite helpful. The place was clean, had a full bath, bidet, etc and a cafe on site with convenient hours. There was a gas station and mini-mart within the property but also a close walk to the train station and old town with the many tapas bars and fun history and traditions.
