房間裝修風格略奇怪，不知道為什麼要掛那麼多深色系的布在牆上，顯舊顯小顯暗，燈光本身也不多，房間很暗。床巨大巨高，但是床兩邊的過道賊小。沒有空調比較悶，雖然不熱，但是給的房間在2樓，落地窗外就是一個設備平台，屬於比較容易爬的，所以晚上也不敢把窗開着。入住的時候發現保險櫃壞了，後來前台來修好了但還是屬於不太好用的款式。旅行期間等着修保險櫃也有點浪費時間。房間裏有廚房，但是衹住了一晚所以也沒用。衞生不太行，毛巾上有不乾淨的痕跡。電梯裏有一股奇怪的味道。早餐一般。工作人員服務態度一般，有熱情的也有冷淡的。總之，因為臨時訂的，之前看上的別的酒店漲價了，看評價不錯才訂了這家，結果踩雷了，所以，我決定還是寫一下真實體會。

Cozy hotel conveniently located in old town Zurich. We stayed here for 4 nights in May and had reserved 2 rooms for 3 adults. We got rooms on the first floor conveniently close to each other and we're decent size for the location. Rates are a bit pricey like other hotels in Zurich but the amenities of the property, location and most importantly the hotel staff make the choice value for money. Located nearby all attractions, transportation and restaurants there's plenty of choice. The breakfast spread is amazing and a great start to the day. Excellent breads, cereals, salmon, meats and eggs cooked to order. Coffee machine. The staff are very helpful don't hesitate asking for local recommendations that one wouldn't otherwise be aware of. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in both the main hotel and in the guesthouse across the alley and were quite satisfied if both facilities knowing they been renovated within the last year. The main hotel is right around the corner from Zürich HB the rooms feature a nice private bath (new, big & clean) and nice modern styling. The guesthouse as new and stylish as hotels go, but the modular bath/shower unit with its semi-transparent blue glass leaves a lot to be desired when everyone in the room knows what your doing on toilet (very little privacy). We luckily are prepared and carry large binder clips and clipped a bath towel across the glass during our stay. The staff are amazing and extremely cordial. Free coffee/tea is offered 24/7 in the main hotel and on each floor. Guest house residents must go back across the alley to the main lobby. Day tour buses are right across the street for easy access. We would stay again definitely.

離主火車站很近所以出行方便。有軌電車,公交車,火車好用。賓館很乾淨,安靜舒適。在主要酒店馬路對面入住,酒店24小時服務,所以如果我有問題,我本來可以得到幫助,很高興。不錯的,現代的,舒適的房間。

One of the best stays I had on my 14-night trip. Fed hotel is clean and just “upstairs”’of the train station. Very convenient esp since we were faced with a train strike in Germany, so making enquirers was easy. Its proximity to the bus station also allowed us to manage the strike better than otherwise as we could rest in its lobby till it was time to catch the late night bus. To top it all, Marcelle at reception was excellent- he really anticipated our needs and did his utmost to make us comfortable. We will surely come back

Dear EMA House Team (1 Nordstrasse Zurich) I have been staying with you on and off since May 2023. I cant rate you high enough, 5 Stars don't do justice. You are a fantastic team who have accommodated all my plan changes, even when it was at a short notice due to flight cancellations etc. The place is spotless and much better than any hotel in Central Zurich. I don't even think about looking for any other place in the city. I always feel very welcome when I arrive even when it was late at night. The suites are modern, clean, specious and very comfortable. 商務出差，酒店門口有公交站台，離oerlikon火車站很近，11路電車可以去市區，交通非常便利。酒店很温馨，房間牆紙是草綠色的，讓人看着非常舒服。前台小哥和餐廳工作人員都很熱情。下次來蘇黎世還住這裏～～～

Acasa Suites is about a 15 min tram ride from Zurich’s historic center but trams run so frequently and are so easy to use, it shouldn’t be a big hurdle. Also Acasa is 12 minutes to the Zurich airport. Hotel rooms in Zurich tend to be quite small. In the last year, we’ve stayed at Hotel Alexandre and CitizenM in Zurich, as well as the more expensive B2 hotel. Citizen M is centrally located but you give up space- your room feels like the size of an airline cabin. We reserved a king suite at Acasa and were on the ground floor with doors that open onto a lovely semi-private garden, set w a table and 2 chairs. The suite’s two rooms have doors off a small central entry, so if you’re traveling w kids, you don’t have to wake them in their room (sleeper sofa). We enjoyed having breakfast using the small but well appointed kitchenette which includes a mini Bosch dishwasher. The hair dryer is a top line Solis model. All the details here are well done. Our room, 22, was right across from a door to a free laundry facility that you reserve through the main desk (although slots can fill up and there only one washer, one dryer). Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was very good, and the gym hits all the notes. Staff is friendly and helpful and grocery stores and a train/tram stop are nearby. The AC works well.Love this place! Highly recommend.
