Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

酒店房間整潔舒適，設備齊全，距離捷運近，交通便利，適合短期入住，服務人員雖然友善，因為只有1人，辦理入住速度較慢。周邊生活機能一般，較混雜，酒店房間樓下有時半夜還有大聲宵鬧的情況。

Food was great but in the room we could hear voices from the next room which is too close…

我們提出了一些信息或必要的行動要求。主人的反應非常積極和迅速。房間靠近17大道。我們可以很容易地在市中心乘坐公共汽車。 房間乾淨舒適。

酒店衞生還可以，但覺得毛巾略舊了點，房間適中，還算舒適。酒店提供的自助早餐還可以，種類算不上多，但基本夠用，除非過於挑剔，衹是餐廳沒那麼高大上，在一個半地下，就餐環境麼就是吃飯的地兒。酒店總體大環境還可以，在一條主幹道上，車流較大，衹是酒店圖片拍的比較宏偉，實際沒那麼大，略顯得小小的樣子。尤其大堂，跟國內的沒法比，大小類似於一般的快捷酒店大堂那麼大小，設施還過得去，顯得小巧而精緻的味道。大堂提供咖啡機，這個比較不錯，可惜熱可可巧克力熱飲總是不足，你得喝苦咖啡才行。房間麼大小適中，衹是那空調噪音有點大，呼呼的風聲，敏感點的不容易接受。酒店配有泳池，但這就勉強叫個池子吧，也是小小的，適合戲水不能像賽道一樣搞兩下。另外，關於所處位置正好在市中心地帶，到哪裡都不遠，適合喜歡打卡的人，那些景點均在2-4km之內。不過，這邊是個巨大的公墓區，酒店東側是後面是個大斜坡，下去就是一片工業區，在酒店北側一條馬路對面就是公墓區，還以為就這一個，誰知這個公墓西側對面也是公募，這周邊一大片有五六個公墓羣，還有個華人公墓，地圖上看到酒店周邊巨大的一片綠草茵茵的地方不是公園，全是公墓！不過好在這邊的墓地建的沒那麼可怕，感覺就類似於平時路過的一個公園之類的隨意的地方，所以不會產生過多陰森的感覺。至於服務麼，這裏前台不像國內都是漂亮小姑娘，搞了幾個老頭，一箇中年白人看起來還不錯，但那幾個老頭就不咋地了，來自中東，臉部肌肉不咋會動去展示笑臉，給人一種斯文的冷漠拒人千里的感覺，不適合做服務業！房間服務還好，如果不是這幾個服務前台的臭臉樣子，其餘都可以接受的。

很不錯的酒店。房間很乾淨。Wi-FI很棒!!!電視比較小,但有線包括體育場館!牀足夠舒適。枕頭很多。Keurig咖啡機是爆炸。早餐極好 住得舒服需要的都有。離火車有點遠,但可以用公交車。自駕遊的話,完全沒問題。位置很方便,離商場很近。

房間硬件設施不錯，也挺新。我訂的房型還帶小廚房，挺方便。就是周邊沒什麼生活設施。離機場倒是很近。旁邊是個可口可樂的工廠
