服務很好。預訂四人房，只有提供2份早餐的房型；實際check-in時，本欲加買2人早餐，卻被告知可以提供4份早餐。地點也很讚，旁邊走路就可以去搭船到多倫多島。

聽起來像麗藍,人們可能會想到4-star酒店,但我在麗藍的經歷沒有那麼有趣,我們入住後就開始了溝通不暢。Trip.com上說我們可以吃自助式早餐,每人25美元,但是問他們,他們說是點菜,必須在餐廳付款,沒有自助餐可用。他們讓我發郵件確認是關於早餐的信息準確,正如trip.com中提到的,遺憾的是直到早餐時間(上午8-11點)我們早上沒有早餐,沒有人回覆我的電子郵件。 房間還可以,不像Radisson Blu那樣令人興奮。我在其他國家有住過Radisson blu的經歷,但他們在那裏的房間質量甚至沒有Radisson blu多倫多市中心的可比性。多倫多市中心麗酒店的房間跟一些隨機酒店一樣,咖啡機真的很髒,我們到前台投訴時,他們沒有送任何更換。另一件事是,沒有提供牙科包,因爲它應該在所有4星級酒店提供。在前台要求時,他們像一個小時後一樣給我們發送牙科包。 退房時前台小姐姐,是實習生,我給他看了髒咖啡機的照片,解釋了我們的不滿,她說由於房間是預付的,所以她不能做任何補償。作爲回報,她給了我一瓶水,供我們旅行😄,我的意思是,我不需要一瓶水作爲補償,然後她提出停車會在房子裏,現在,我在等我100美元的押金的返還。 除此之外,酒店的位置非常涼爽,方便。就在市中心的赫拉特。從我們房間的窗戶就可以看到CN塔。 考慮一切不符合4-star酒店的標準。

地點在地鐵站出口10分方便，酒店樓下有超市，也在市中心走去Eaton商場也方便，酒店職員nice, 早餐也幾好。 唯一不滿意就是晚上每到凌晨兩三點我就起來，由於樓下的電車實在太嘈吵，可能因為我住3樓，樓層太低，

今次入住整體體驗非常好，係會想再住嘅一間 👍 優點： * 房間質素非常好，乾淨又舒適，住得好放鬆 * 停車場方便，對自駕人士好友善 * 地點位於市中心，出入同周邊配套都好方便 * 前台職員態度熱心，感覺到用心服務 需要留意： * 前台處理速度稍慢，check-in / check-out 可能要預留多啲時間 ⏳ 總結： 整體感覺非常好，設施同位置都加分，如果唔介意前台節奏稍慢，會係一個幾理想嘅住宿選擇。

地理位置優越，入住/退房方便，從 50 層樓高的公寓高層可以欣賞到令人驚嘆的美景。我能夠在下午 3 點辦理入住手續，房間非常乾淨。大廳有 24 小時保安，五樓有 24 小時禮賓服務。街對面就有大型公共停車場，安全且方便使用。星巴克和 Tim Horton’s 就在樓下，步行 6 分鐘即可抵達登打士廣場。一定會再入住並會推薦給其他人！

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間設施很新，每間都配備廚房包括爐子洗碗機冰箱枱麪空間水槽加上洗衣機和烘乾機，床和床品都很好，住的雙床房，居然是一個床墊硬另一個軟，可以選擇睡😄最敗筆的是空調（暖氣）第一間沒暖氣，換了一間依然沒有，前台的人會“忽悠你”“重啟一下就好了”“46-60 分鐘就熱了”實際情況是我換了一件房然而 2 間暖氣全沒有…四月底多倫多衹有 5-10 度，房間還沒有走廊暖和（⋟﹏⋞）～我是轉機去過夜，就沒有再折騰，勉強睡了一覺趕緊走人

首先，非常感謝你們的免費升級。臥室和客廳的景色都非常棒，空間也足夠寬敞，適合一群朋友放鬆，尤其是還有撲克桌和桌上足球。地理位置也很好，就在市中心。 不過，淋浴用品有待改進，特別是洗髮精和沐浴露，牙膏看起來有點髒（幸好我自己帶了）。隔音效果也不太理想，我可以聽到隔壁房間的夫婦說話，而且我看完演唱會回來很晚了，在浴室裡吹頭髮感覺有點不自在。 入住時間是嚴格的下午4點，不過他們允許延遲到晚上7點半。我一開始有點困惑，因為我在原來的大樓（升級前）等了10多分鐘，不確定前台會不會來接我。不過，見面之後，前台接待員非常友好，並清楚地解釋了各項設施和退房流程。 總的來說，儘管有一些嚴格的規定和一些小問題，但我真的很喜歡這個房間，住得很愉快。

對我來說還不錯，但是廁所太窄了，關不上門，門上有東西凸起，我想是螺絲，也許可以再放一個枕頭，而不是長枕頭
