訪訪客用戶We booked this hotel because of the brand, however it was not as good as the one in Brisbane city.
The first day when we arrived, happy with the reception service. However, we didn't notice the dust until the second morning under the sun light. Therefore, we requested a cleanup. After we returned from the beach, the cleaning was 'done', but I noticed the desk was not wiped down nor the carpet was vacuumed.
I then went outside to ask for cleaning again, and said this room must be dusted off, due to my son's hay fever, and he didn't sneezed a lot last night. They organised another cleaning, but it's like a real 'whatever'. The photos attached were after the second cleaning. I couldn't believe it but didn't want to ruin the holiday, so I decided to take some photos and cleaned for them, as well as for our own good.
The experience this time ruined the reputation of Mercure. We will never return here.
訪訪客用戶Booked in April, 2 weeks after booking renovations started, was not advised of renovations until 3 days prior to stay, was advised work was only Monday to Friday, they started work at 6am Saturday morning. No access to pool or BBQ facilities, no offer of compensation or anything.
LLittle Bear 29This motel is located in a great location being close to most things and with the bus service in the area you can get anywhere on the coast. Clean and quiet, this make this a great place to stay.
