Kein Interesse an den Gästen. Keine Kommunikation. Usselich und unsauber. Kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Ohne Auto kein Transport wie Busse möglich außer Taxi und diese viel zu teuer. Da eine Gegend wo nur Reiche wohnen.Kein Strand!!! Restaurants sehr sehr teuer in der Nähe. Irgentwie ohne Liebe alles. Nie wieder!

Wir haben in der Golden Palm Suite gewohnt, die leider ihrem Namen nicht gerecht wird und einen hohen Modernisierungsbedarf hat. Die Wohnung verfügt zwar über alle Einrichtungsgegenstände, ist aber ziemlich abgewohnt. Unsere Matratze war komplett durchgelegen, Küche und Bad sind auch abgenutzt und müssten dringend renoviert werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es auch Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und dem Licht im Bad, beides wurde dann umgehend repariert. Toll sind die vielen Pools in der Anlage, auch Vermieterin Shanon ist sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Die Anlage liegt in einer Art tropischem Garten, in dem es dafür aber auch viele Mücken gibt. Insgesamt waren wir vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber enttäuscht.

This was literally the worst stay of my life! The place was so old and disgusting. We came back to the room with a bunch of bugs crawling on the ceiling. The owner, who lives there BTW, cane with a broom and took them down. Needless to say we couldn't sleep that night. Then the water flow was a trickle, literally! She said we'll fix it. Well then the water was black! Next, we had a "private" villa. We are changing our clothes and a random man and woman are on the patio. We again txt the owner. She said that they were employees and she would tell them, they can't take brakes on the patio. Like what!!!??? You have to tell them that!? So we were ready to leave after less then 24hrs. ******* called to get some of our money back but she refused! It was awful. We are suing her for all of it now. Do not stay here!!

Ms. Sharon & her daughters were great hosts that accommodated all my needs. Just a phone call a way... The property is beautiful & unique. The breakfast was amazing. The 2 pools are accessible at any time but the only thing is one of the pool is deep, so be careful if you cant swim. Otherwise 10/10

While the property was pretty and unique, we had no hot water for our entire stay and breakfast was very basic. Our light bulb blew and that was rectified but the no hot water and no tv not working made it miserable.

Super nice staff. Cute room, place was clean, pools were quiet. Overall, we were happy with our choice. I was caught by suprise about the lack of hot water but that was my fault for not thinking to look into it. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, no bugs were seen besides mosquitoes that snuck in with the door opening.
