The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Location was excellent for sight and sound and everything east side of Lancaster like all the Amish markets and such. This is my new go to hotel for Lancaster.

Check In is only at 4pm!
Check Out is at 11am!!
No real attempt was made to find available room or to somehow expedite the cleaning of a vacant one.
Staff is not friendly, nor interested in helping, or providing any information about the area's activities, dining options or other general information.

Have been here multiple times this last time was not so great bathroom above ours was leaking into the ceiling. Just seemed rundown with the renovations going on

The moment you walk in, you are immediately greeted by friendly staff and you will find free beverages to include a yummy tropical type fruit punch, coffee and tea. The view of the farmland greeting you in the morning through the almost floor to ceiling windows is what truly sets this place apart. We stayed in the King room and were pleased with the openness, cleanliness and the VERY comfortable bed. We took advantage of the onsite BBQ restaurant and give it 5 stars! It was nice walking through the property and into the gift shop on our way to dinner. Breakfast in the AM was just as good as going to a full service restaurant. We felt so much value in staying here and will choose to do so again!
