The front desk person was more concerned with what was happening on her cell phone then waiting on me as her custom. Checked in and went to my room and then came back and found my form that I had signed just laying out on the desk. She had gone outside to use her phone several times so when I called the front desk no one wasn't answering. I needed to return my car to the rental carental car before the evening was over so I did not have to do it in the morning.. I try to find the return and and got lost. She didn't even know where I was she couldn't leave me back to the hotel. It turns out that the shuttle driver finally suggested that she'd take me and I follow her. That worked out well. My concern is that had I had an issue with help or anything and called the front desk there would be no one there to answer the phone. And literally had to go outside to find her once I realized what she was doing. I came into the front lobby and there was no one there. The next morning the night auditor was very kind to kind to make sure that the shuttle driver got there on time so I would not be late for my ride to the airport. There seems to be a little confusion as About the consistency of employee service giving to the customer. I'm not sure I would have that many family members working in the same facility.

Spent a three day weekend here and everything went well, or so I thought. Descent hotel, clean rooms, quite. They have free breakfast and a airport shuttle, that helps. My problems happened after I checked out. They are trying to get me for a smoking fee, which is utterly ridiculous because I don't even smoke. I think this might be some clever ploy to get more money from me. I'm an amateur bodybuilder, I don't party, I don't drink and I sure as heck don't smoke cigarettes or ****. I am very very angry because after my trip I was left with very little in my bank account. After the 250 dollars they are trying to get me for I am only left with 25 dollars in my account. Currently trying to get this taken care of through upper management. Shame on you Best Western.

The staff was always super friendly and available when needed, respected our privacy when requested, and always made us feel at home. The condition of the room was great and clean, minus the stains on the carpet. Breakfast was just as advertised and always warm, a perfect start to our day! Pool was clean and tidy. If we find ourselves back in Cleveland, we certainly will stay here again!!

I grew up in Cleveland and Parma, OH and return to Cleveland to visit family and friends. I was so pleased with the exceptional staff and the reception and Edna in the dining room. The breakfasts were great, with breads, cereals, yogurt, eggs, sausage and pancakes plus juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate from 6-9 AM. They also have a heated indoor pool and an exercise room. Plus, the PC in the lobby worked, which isn't always the case in other hotels. The evening before my departure, the reception told me that I could return my rental car that evening instead of the next morning. The hotel would pick me up after dropping off my car and take me directly to the Cleveland airport in the morning. This saved me returning the car in the morning. The shuttle driver was waiting for me in the morning after my breakfast. I was very pleased with the entire experience and recommend this hotel highly.

El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Los desayunos buenos, el servicio de bebidas frias, calientes y frutas 24/7 excelente. La limpieza en áreas comunes limpia, mi única queja es que solicitamos limpieza de habitación y no la realizaron. Por lo demás, excelente me volveria a quedar

Air conditioner brrokein first room. No lighting in parking. Parking very wiwrd. Entrance is like a side door. Did not feel safe. People hanging out in parking lot drinking. Definately will not stay here again.

The location was convenient, and the hotel was quiet and clean. The best part was the complimentary breakfast which far surpassed my family's expectations.
