This was originally a gymnasium for a boys' school, now it's a charming 12-unit apartment complex, sits on a spacious lakefront lot, in a residential neighborhood. This is on the 3rd floor, a one bedroom unit sleeps 2 adults with 1 bathroom. To reach the 3rd floor, it is necessary to take the stairs, there is no elevator. Unit has a living room with a small kitchen and dining area. This unit has fantastic views and all the comfort of a home. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, toaster, coffee make, and a fridge. There is a small deck, on the 3rd floor right outside the unit with amazing views. A canoe and kayaks are provided for your use. There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy on the lake, it is open for fishing during season. You may enjoy seeing ducks and eagles as you enjoy the lake from the dock. There is a coin operated laundry facility on site, coins will be provided if needed. Laundry supplies are provided in the unit. A community barbecue is also available for your use, it is not open during the winter. There is a fire pit by the lake (wood may need to be purchased if not available), you will enjoy relaxing by it, roasting hot dogs, making s'mores. The private dock (for guests and tenants only) is yours to enjoy the lake for relaxing and swimming. This Lakefront property is surrounded by some beautiful homes. The property sits on close to 1 acre. It is quiet, but very close to restaurants, shopping, and movie theater.
