The Good:
-the room had a nice bathroom mirror, bed, was ok
-no Internet issues with my phone. I did have issues with my Nintendo switch
-downstairs lobby had a great coffee machine, had plastic cups, bowls, and forks
The Bad:
-the cable has some channels locked but who cares, why are the HDMI ports locked? On the TV, the only other HDMI port is locked and I cannot use it. Even the additional HDMI port on the wall doesn't work. So I was forced to watch the same 6 channels
-Kitchen had no silverware, pots, pans. They did have paper cups but since house keeping doesn't exist, we ran out of the first day
-stains on the curtains, couch pillows, the cough bed had plastic wrap on it AND it had dirt on top of the plastic wrap
-the bathroom had some small stains on the wall and had some hair on the ceiling
-breakfast was not looking tasty
-no phone in the room, just a cord for the phone to plug into the wall. Any issues we had, we were forced to go downstairs to the lobby
-no one cleaned room, I had to go ask for towels and put my trash outside my room because no one ever came to clean my room. I had 3 people in this room, one of which being a baby. Even with the "please come clean my room sign" no one came. We had to go downstairs everyday and ask for toilet paper, trash bags and towels.
When I complained in the lobby, I was ignored. When I requested a cleaning, no one ever came to clean.
Completely unprofessional overall. It feels like I payed for a hotel and received a motel.
