Rustic Personal Retreat Cabin, "Sunrise"

Great little retreat! Great location with many trails. Cute cabin— and looks more spacious when in person! You can hear the birds singing and trees swaying and its nothing but peaceful. You can see the stars at night. It was just wonderful.

Amazing Amnicon! This place impressed us so much. It’s so much more than a little cabin. Definitely recommended walking down to the beach! Gorgeous!!

Rustic and peaceful! The description of this relaxing oasis was accurate and exactly what I was looking for as a two day personal getaway! Very, very simple, warm cabin and outhouse. Don’t come if you’re expecting a fancy little tourist cabin- this is the real deal like we up north enjoy. Everything you need (except food) is there for a simple stay. If you plan to “cook” in the microwave or tiny electric hot plate, bring a few more bits like a pot and mixing bowl or two. (Listing was very clear about what is available and what is not.) Amnicon is a beautiful place, very private, totally silent, and lovely for relaxing and hike or two to Lake Superior.
