溫德米爾公園飯店(Windermere Park Inc Free Off-Site Health Club)

度過了愉快的兩晚住宿。房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，床單品質很好。寬敞的浴室，浴缸上方設有強力熱水淋浴。裝飾和家具都很傳統，看起來很適合這棟建築。我唯一的缺點可能對大多數來這裡的人來說是一個優點……我不喜歡餐廳裡的狗。這不是酒店的錯，但我不喜歡狗在我吃飯時在我的腿周圍嗅來嗅去。這個地方很容易找到，而且停車也很棒。

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in we were crying it's a 4 star hovel full of mold thick of dust grubby dirty we stayed in room 7 it wasn't fit for our dog the carpets were hanging and thick with hair we had long black hairs on bed I went down to see if I could find someone if I could have a hover so I could try and clean the room they said there was one in the cupboard I got the hover and it had no bag in so the intire contents went everywhere including myself.... The walls were dirty and marks everywhere the small chair was full of stains the windows had seen better days the furniture wanted burning... We had pee on the toilet seat no bin bags in bins our cups had lipstick on the sides I honesty wanted to run far away as possible from the place... We didn't even have a view from the window as the entire hotel is covered with scaffolding we paid for breakfast and that was a dump couldn't eat a thing!!!! How this place can trade as a 4 star I have know idea and for people to give them a good review must of been paid to do so.. We sat on the top of the bed didn't go to sleep we didn't dare our skin was crawling the only reason we didn't get another hotel is that we had our dog and couldn't find another hotel to accomadate people travel from all over the world to come to a fantastic part of the world and by God they are met with the gates of hell DON'T BOOK PLEASE

Unfortunately the windows where rotten and they did not close on a busy road so awake all night. Promised a partial refund but after numerous messages left I’m still waiting for a reply. The room was small and the hotel really needs renovation as although it’s in a good location it isn’t worth staying in a room with open windows for £135 a night you might as well stay in a tent!

It's taken me a week to decide on whether I should write this, I realised people work hard for their money and time off so deserve to stay somewhere that won't disappoint. Good things: welcoming reception, good parking, good location, honest staff. Worst bits: (we had top floor family bedroom) the carpet which is pale cream is stained in places, there was long black hair all over the carpet, the white bed sheet had rust like stains on them, the grout in the shower has black mould, the actual tiles in the corner of the shower had mould on, the shower head had black gunk on it (the gunk and mould on the tiles I had to wipe off with soap and water it wasn't hard). The next morning we went down to breakfast and only offered sausages or bacon for hot food. (Things were mounting and I was getting annoyed) we came back after placing our "please make up our room" card on the door to find it not vacuumed (still black hair against a cream carpet) the mugs we used for tea and coffee still dirty, tea caddy not re filled, beds not made so stain still visible. At this point I had had enough so refused to stay any longer as there clearly was not a care in the world. Told the staff we were leaving listing all the above and they were helpful so I cannot fault the two employees they were kind, perhaps overloaded? I don't know, but overall I would not recommend this place in the present format which is a shame as the location etc is right.

I booked and paid for 6 nights at this dump, well over £600!! This place was so bad i left after the 2nd night! No Refund! The room was wrong i booked superior double room to get a bath, was given a standard room No bath! Room also vey cold at night would advise taking warm clothes to sit in the room! On the second morning there was No full English available as advertised! I was told i could have a sausage and a slice of bacon only No explanation! I left the place immediately with out food of even a coffee, What a dump don't waste your cash at this place! I stay in accommodation all over the UK on a regular basis this place is a crummy joint that should be avoided! You have been warned

Great location and very close to Windermere centre. We booked a standard double, but we were given a very small room. The room was dirty with stains on the carpet, dirty windows and bathroom. The dated wooden furniture was sticky to touch. We couldn't change room that night as they were fully booked. The following day we were given a much better and larger room. The larger room had a faulty light bulb so I went to reception. Nobody there so I rang the bell a few times. I tried 3 times with no response. The next morning we went down for breakfast. There was a sign on the door that said that only cold food would be available. No personal apologies or offers of refunds anywhere. Bit of a Faulty Towers place. Avoid.
