萊克蘭 - 6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Lakeland, FL)

Made reservations well in advanced and advised I needed a first floor room due to a handicap. Checked in at 3:30pm and it took them 20 minutes to scan my drivers license for some unknown reason. No first floor room either. Took my room key and looked for room. Found the elevator that didn’t work and hasn’t for several months. No shampoo and only ONE towel in the bathroom. Saturday morning at 3:30am, there is a garbage pickup just under my window. BUYER BEWARE, don’t say you weren’t warned. Not a deal at half the price

Broken door lock in first room. Dead bolt won't lock. Had to change rooms. 2nd room major odor & lacking amenities of room one. Moved one more time to a 3rd room. Room is fine. Zero toilet paper in this room. No remote control to use TV in this room. Multiple trips to the office to obtain basic room necessities. Front desk gave me a remote and it's an LG remote. The TV in the room is a Samsung. Needless to say the remote will not work but, I gave it a shot. It doesn't work...How in the world do people think rooms without any toilet paper are ready for customers? Or...a TV auto scrolling through a channel guide without a remote is acceptable? Owners need to get it together!! From desk girl is by no means at fault for a poorly managed establishment.

I have been staying a motel 6 in Lakeland for a few weeks and the motel is clean and the staff is amazing the manager lakita is very professional she goes above and beyond her job to make you feel comfortable and safe and safety is very important at a strange place all of the staff is amazing ..Christy is perfect attitude at front desk she makes it a pleasure to go and talk to with any concerns her personality is perfect for that job ..I would recommend and do recommend this hotel to anyone of the way they keep it clean and they way they professional run this hotel ..please if you are looking for a nice pet friendly motel in Lakeland go to motel 6 on hwy 98 ..thank you everyone

This was horrible they asked my child for ***** and ask if my child wants some when I turned around there were rats and roaches everywhere. i asked if i can get a drink and they called the cops. not only that but the mattress had rodents under it (but they were dead) there was also mold and bacteria on the walls and dookie in the toilet and a bit on the walls. and very racist. DONT, I MEAN DONT GO HERE (your bills will be affected asap rocky)

Racist. Please do not go here. They repeatedly shouted kkk to a black lady whilst also calling the police on a black male! This place does not deserve your money or any of your support! Very appalling
