There was no room available when we arrived. "They overbooked". They sent us to another hotel. We paid the other hotel directly upon check out. Homewood suites charged us and then when contacted the Manager he insisted that he charged us, but then credited us. He emailed me a copy of the invoice, which showed that we were charged, but NOT credited! had to file a claim with our credit card company because after I reviewed the invoice, I attempted to contact him, but never got a call back!
