Welcome to your Beach Home Oasis! This budget friendly private home boasts spacious bedrooms and a chef's kitchen. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space with large pool, BBQ, outdoor dining, fire pit & comfy pool loungers. The neighborhood is just five minutes to Gorgeous Beaches & Downtown Lake Worth where there are fantastic eateries, shops and parks! Enjoy tropical sunsets and local fruit trees. The Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1- King bed & en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The room has a ROKU TV for streaming and access to the outdoor pool deck. Bedroom 2- Queen bed & with an en-suite bathroom, with a tub and shower. There is direct access to the pool deck and lovely views from this room. There is a desk in the second bedroom that can be used as well for your convenience. Bedroom 3- Two full beds with plenty of closet space, with a bathroom across the hall. Living Room & Dining: There is seating for 8 in the large living area, with a flat-screen smart TV. In addition, there is a large dining table with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for 3. The Kitchen: The kitchen is full fully equipped with everything you need. There is a drip coffee maker and service for 8-10 guests. The Outdoors: There is TONS of outdoor space with a heated (by request) pool, a gas grill, outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6, wood-powered fire pit, lounge chairs, and multiple types of fruit trees including mango, avocado, banana, papaya, cherry, and kumquats! Yum! There is lots of parking at the house. The driveway has space for 2 cars, and the garage is available to be used for 1 car. Things to Note: - Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement. - We have a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the property. .
