I hate to leave a poor review but there’s not much good I can say about our two night visit to this facility. Upon check in, I requested that the facility remove the card on file and replace it with another card. They failed to do that, therefore all charges were applied to a card that I only wanted to use to reserve the room. The staff member at check out simply commented that they failed to swap the cards in the system as I requested. Simple request that was mishandled. When we checked into our room, it was late in the evening. We noticed that the outside light was directly over our door. Upon entering our room, tons of bugs entered as well. Little did we know, they were simply joining the bugs that were already in the room. The bed and bathroom had bugs all over, along with dirt and “body hair”. My girlfriend found a portion of a weave under the desk next to the TV. When we presented these concerns shortly after checking in, we were given two new bed sheets and were told that the room would be cleaned the following morning. When we returned the following afternoon and being gone all morning, we found that the floor had been mopped but nothing else had been done. The weave was, and still is, where we found it. My Mom, Girlfriend, and her daughter slept on top of their clean clothes all weekend. The beds were dirty and disgusting. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, truthfully. All other amenities were completely overshadowed by the poorly cleaned rooms.
