I wonder if I stayed in the same place as some of the other reviews that said it was great. Not my experience at all! I was given room 212 and it was horrible. I travel weekly for business and this was by far the worse room I have had in a long time. The room smelled like old cooking grease. It was dirty, A curtain was torn. I had to ask for hangers and a hair dryer. The mattress sagged. The cushions on the love seat didn't even match! I would never recommend this property!!!

This was another good pick for us staying at a Residence Inn. We wanted to stay right in this area and we were so happy that we stayed here. This is a very large property with ample parking on site, right close to the room. It's an older property but well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. There is no road noise, or freeway noise. The breakfast area was nice and the food was good. The area around this Residence Inn is beautiful. There are a lot of great places to eat and shopping is not far away, either. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Staying here due to house repairs - covered by insurance. Tub does not drain properly while showering. Carpet is filthy with huge stains and had dog hair and food on carpet when first checked in. Using air fresheners due to smell.

Beware! Watch your credit card! The incidental fee they told us would be credited upon check out was not credited! In fact, they double charged us for one week of stay and have refused to credit our account. Even though they have admitted they made a mistake! If you are there because of an insurance situation, beware they will double charge, getting payment from the insurance company and then, charge your credit card as well. Then refuse to give you your money back!
