奧蘭多瑪麗湖Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Orlando Lake Mary)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Kathy and all the reception staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they treated our little boy Noah like a celebrity! Breakfast is fresh each morning and there’s different choices everyday. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. On check in you are given a map with these places close by which is very helpful. Also the pool is heated which is great! Looking forward to staying here again in the future. The staff is amazing. So nice and helpful. The hotel is getting old. Our room had a smell of cigarette smoke. The toilet leaks at tank. The carpet is older and holding that smell. The suite has No oven. We saw an oven in the photos when booking. The breakfast is good. Again the front desk folks are so kind.

Great to see our longtime front desk friend, Kathy, and to meet our new front desk friend, Olivia, during recent visits. The staff handles guests with grace and professionalism, all the while welcoming me, our "world traveler dog", and The Hubs genuinely every time we passed by. Grounds and rooms still well maintained, but beginning to show wear if you look closely; could use a makeover seen recently with other locations this brand. Hallway our floor musty smell during visit. Walkable and runnable area with sidewalks in beautiful office park surroundings that connect to plaza with eateries nearby. Good parking, well lit, security seen often. Tasty breakfast with daily changes and make your own waffles in nice area off of lobby. Love the takeout containers as some of us choose to eat in our rooms. Clean glistening pool. Sport court items available front desk. Electric car charging area. Pet walks with Fido House waste stations. We even got to see a space launch with incredible view from front parking lot. Our go-to northern Orlando area!

Mixed bag here. Staff is very helpful, rooms are spacious And well appointed. Drawbacks were that there were some plumbing issues where there was no water for several hours on 2 different days. Wi-Fi signal also needs to be really improved. Nonetheless hotel management did make amends for the inconvenience on the plumbing. just double check with them before you make a reservation that their plumbing is working well.

Very nice stay. Plenty of parking. Quick check in. The rooms were clean with large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, utensils. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, nice pool, rooms are available as suites with kitchen. The bathroom arrangement is no conventional in that the wash sink and vanity are right beside the bed in our room so you need to wash hands in the dark to not wake your partner at night.

Spacious room. Very clean. Staff was amazing.

******* showed our room as a king with double pull out sofa, sleeping 4. The sofa is clearly a twin, so the room sleeps 3, not 4. It was frustrating to have the desk staff insist the sofabed to be a double. I would not have booked the room at a premium cost had the description been accurate.
