This place was great! Their staff was super friendly and welcoming; from front desk to housekeeping to the kitchen staff, they made my partner & I feel right at home. The place was spotless top to bottom— it honestly looked brand new. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and regularly restocked so everything was hot/ fresh. Our King size single room had everything you could ever need— a full size fridge w/ freezer & ice maker, stove top, toaster, coffee maker (plus comp coffee/ creamer/ sugar), pots & pans, utensils, comp dish soap, and plenty of dish-ware! It was especially nice to have access to full-size Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and even body lotion in the bathroom. Also random thing— the bathroom mirror had great lighting for makeup application! Table lamps all had plug-ins for USB and wall outlets, which made charging our devices easy. The guest Wi-Fi was quick and reliable too! I was really impressed overall. 5 star experience!

I travel for work 300 plus days a year all over the country and this is by far the cleanest most hospitable and also has the friendliest staff of any IHG hotel I have ever stayed in, so if your traveling for business or pleasure this is the go to place

If I could give it a 6th star I would! From exceptional service to a relaxing room and a fully functional kitchen. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast buffet as well as a social hour Monday through Wednesday. Basketball court, a den to gather and much more! You won’t be disappointed! Beds are comfortable with large pillows. I’ll be staying here again when in the area!

We came on a business trip with my husband and I cannot say enough about this hotel, staff and food. Hotel was clean, breakfast and social was delicious. Had a little problem where the occupants above us were very loud and obnoxious. They moved us immediately. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. We have stayed here before and we will be back. Thank you Staybridge. You surely have an amazing staff in Lake Jackson

Excellent location near restaurants and shopping. New construction clean and well maintained. Professional appearance and courteous personal. Free breakfast. Monday through Wednesday free social hour with food and beverages. Clean comfortable room with stove top, microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator and large TV screen. Free washer and dryer.
