Plenty of flat land to park multiple vehicles, RV's and boats. The cabin has a wraparound deck, full gated area for pets and an outdoor patio with a mini refrigerator. There is also a gazebo with a picnic table. The cabin is 4 minutes from Lake Isabella, 5 minutes to the Kern River, and 6 minutes from Vons Supermarket. Guest access Guest will have full access to the cabin and land. Other things to note There is plenty of wildlife.
