We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. PARKING Our driveway can comfortably fit up to six cars. On the left side of the house, you’ll find gravel parking and multiple boats. All vehicles must park on our premises. There is no parking allowed on the street. SWIMMING POOL Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $100 per night. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so. HOT TUB Please rinse off prior to using the hot tub. QUIET HOURS Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. OUTDOOR CAMERAS- Cameras are located on the at pool equipment, doorbell, driveway, at west side and east side of the home at RV parking for your protection and security of the home. SMOKING To keep Sunset Palm fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.
